i think in the context of the lyrics it’s meant to be “you’re skin- oh yeah you’re skin and bones.” like the singer is cutting himself off or stuttering, so it’s right (not trying to be rude! just saying :) )

What do I do it's a lot to take in. My childhood trauma is being created in my head right now and I can officially say 2023 is the worst year for our family.
