He isnt chopping the wood. The wood asset is already split because its really two halves flat against each other that then are driven apart by the axe asset getting in between. Shooting the log also splits it

That is how is works behind the scenes, but it is mimicking how it would be if you were chopping the wood, so you are chopping it.

It took me 1 play through to discover the first thing

the statues in the cave can give 3 gold bars when pressing the correct buttons.. and there is also a perfect moose spawn nearby, but its just out the borders of the map but if you shoot near it than it will run inside the map, and if you kill it to early you might be lucky and still reach the body with a lasso to drag it inside

It’s the fact that you’ve been playing for 5 years and haven’t learned the difference between elk, deer, and pronghorn for me😂😂😂 Great video though! You must put in some crazy hours to find all this man! I put in 200 on my last play through in November and I didn’t find any of this

Nothing new learnt here. Feeling like a new man. Also you can get 3 gold bars from the statues in the caves if you press 4 buttons in the correct order You can also drink while shooting

5:52 must be what Arthur was talking about when he was taking back the bounty to Andrew bell the inventor. About some cows looking like they got killed by some demon

That makes no sense about face on mountain. Isn't it supposed to be through progress to be built instead of being backward? How crows can destroy face on mountain?

Looks like the NPC who was working on it died and I think it's supposed to show decay of the face from weathering. Idk what the crows had to do with it.

@@TylerL220 there is no NPC working on it, when you get there you can find the man who was carving the face hanging from the scaffolding. It's been a while since I found this but I'm pretty sure he has a letter on him. Also I'm pretty sure that this was possibly supposed to be something that progressively became more carved out, as in, the second time he's there was supposed to come before since you can see parts of the mountain still just being a cliffside that later on is carved out into the face. My guess it's a random encounter or stranger that eventually got cut, but the triggers for the carving of the mountain were left in in various stages that are out of order. Can't say that that's really what was happening with this, but it's what seems most plausible to me

Just in case you didn't find that secret, if you push the buttons under the statues with a prime number of fingers, counting the one that has an arm on the ground, it opens the pedestal of the central one and there are 3 gold ingots in it.
