You're just guessing how much they made. You don't actually know how many sales the video converted.

Sucks that they banned the less than 5000 followers accounts…seems pointless.

What you always fail to mention is that these videos only have so many views because the account already has several thousand followers. If you have no reach, or less than a hundred followers, then the quality of the video is secondary, you won't get that many views.

Affiliated videos aren't pushed to your followers, they're pushed to the fyp. Next time you notice a shop video in your feed, see if you're following that account.
