I went back to school, after 25 years in another profession. Unlike most older adults, I went to school on campus with the young folks. As a woman of color with a son, I made these observations; Regular average young white males-non Gay and non Athletes- seem beaten down. It's almost as if they're unwanted in academia.

That is because in the end they have no place of value in this world according to a lot of butt holes out there that want us all scared or at each others throats. Men who are scared of losing power do it to the, even their own kids. Women do it by judging them and only seeing that which they approve of, they toss the ones who don't tow the line out the door after using them. My kids, 2 b 1 g have at 30 decided they will live on the farm here and are not even looking right now. It is too caustic out there to be a human right now, much less look for love and a partner. sad but truth

As a white woman in her 40s, I hold the door open for whoever's behind me (or in front coming to it at same time). sometimes it's a man, and if he's close to my age, you can tell is like I should be doing that for you but will still smile at me and thank me as he walks through. I am Southern and live in a fairly Southern state. I don't understand these people that get pissed. I have had women be snidy at me for holding the door for them. SMH I smile and say thank you for whoever holds the door. Doesn't matter gender, ethnic background, or age. ❤

It saddens me when it happens to be a black man and he is shocked that I , a white southern woman near 70, will hold it open and smile. I always tell them "Turn about is fair play" It seems to smooth it out for them and they show that they understand I would do it for anyone. I do it for anyone with packages or a full cart or a stroller, same, same is same. curtesy is not a racial thing, kindness has no color or creed, people are people. Period !!!

I don't understand those people, either. I'm in the Midwest and everyone just holds the door open for whoever is coming in behind them, male or female. And the person entering in usually always says thank you. A few times I've found myself in the awkward position of thinking someone was closer than they really were, and then they feel forced to hurry up since I'm holding the door xD Normal Midwest conundrum, lol.

Honestly, white women are protected because white men in general protect us individually and systemically. It's because they value their legacy and they want to protect the women who are bearing their children. They protect their families, especially their daughters. When a woman doesn't understand this concept, they will become entitled and think of themselves as special, when in fact we should be grateful and supportive of our men who are protecting us from the dangers of this world.

Ah, the bitter disappointment of unmet expectations. It must be tough to be surrounded by a family that falls short of your lofty ideals. But let me burst your bubble: expecting all men to fit into your narrow definition of what a husband should be is both unfair and unrealistic. Maybe instead of pointing fingers and playing the blame game, you could focus on fostering understanding and open communication within your family. My grandson tried that calling the cops thing when my daughter tried to spank him. When the cop got there, she told him how the boy had been acting, and how he had fought her when she tried to spank him. The cop gave my daughter his personal business card with the kid standing right there watching. He told her that if he gave her problems again to call him dirrectly, and he'd come over and hold him down while she spanked him. He was maybe 10 and big for his age, so he thought he should be the "man" of the house since she was a single parent. The cop had him toeing the line from then on. Kids crave boundries, and a boy needs a strong man to tell him where those boundries are, cause all too frequently, mama don't cut the mustard once he gets bigger than her.

You don’t have to hold it open for me just because I’m a woman.” With the inflection in her voice you could tell she was basically calling me a misogynist. I responded “ I’m not holding it open because you’re a lady. I’m holding it open because I’m a gentleman.” Her response…. Crickets. Do you tell your friends to knock off their behavior with their husbands or do you turn a blind eye? How does a woman abuse a man? By destroying his character. How does a man abuse a woman? By hitting her. If I as a man sat and watched another man strike his wife, I as a man have been lowered in social status. Why haven’t women been defending men and correcting your sex the way you’re supposed to? Thats where women have failed society. To anyone wanting to argue this, I hope you don’t have sons.

Saying “it’s up to them” as if any lot of us come together to discuss what we choose to go viral and get attention is quite wild. It’s like saying “if white culture is gonna improve its up to them - gotta end racist groups and celebrate women who don’t are Karens”. Like cmon man it’s deeper than that, and that some people don’t identify with the way their culture is publicized

I recently watched a colorized video of the streets of Harlem, New York City, captured in the 1930s. Blacks and whites going about their daily business together. The streets were bustling. There seemed to be no animosity or tension. Both blacks and whites were dressed stylishly and impeccably. The streets were practically spotless. No trash lying around. And VERY FEW of the people on the streets were obese. Not even the black females. They all seemed like they had places to go and things to do. Beat cops were standing on the corners. They looked relaxed and unconcerned, bored even. It's nothing like that now. What happened? The welfare state?

I was certainly a bad kid who had zero respect for teachers, deans, principals, whatever…. There were 2 white kids the semester I was there. I was one of them. I only had one incident. A kid in class was sitting in front of me and turned around to try to punk me out of my $. Immediately, another kid stepped to him, and shut it down. He told him to leave me alone in so many words. It was tense. After that, for whatever reason, I became friends with him. I don’t know why he stuck up for me. Never asked, and he never told me. We only hung out at that school. I lived on the other end of Las Vegas, and he lived in north town. We couldn’t have been further apart in race, culture, religion, etc. While I was at that school, as scary as it was and shit can pop off at any moment, I was safe. I learned how to carry myself. I learned that most people, are just talking shit. I grew up in Vegas during my teens. The 90’s. OMG I MISS THE 90’s

I usually stand with Crowder, but not this time. Way too much generalizing white women. Im a southern, conservative, white woman, and we dont act like this. Thats leftist women. Crowder could have easily talked about liberal or leftist women, but he chose to generalize white women as if we are all the same. Something men have complained about women doing for years now. After he talks in the barber shops and salons, he should take his ass to the country, rural areas, small towns, anywhere that isnt a big city liberal hell hole, and speak to some white people. Better yet, speak to both black and white people since both exist here. Theres no privilege here. You either work hard or fail. White men arent the only ones who get told to "check their privilege". Thats white people period. And i can guarantee you that people who actually do work hard and have had no privilege, are getting sick of hearing it all.

Nothing but truth can come close to bridging those gaps. This is the exact shit that actually keeps dividing us. Also it's horrible what it does between men and women. I have three sons. Two are grown. I hate the idea of them getting treated this way by women, but I've also told them, they can't assume it's EVERY woman. Men complained for years when some women said "they're all the same". The way to fix things isn't to start doing the very same thing you complained about in the first place. These are great. To be honest, White and Black cultures are WILDLY different, so I think it’s best if everyone lives around their own. That goes for any culture. This creates peace and harmony and is best for everyone. But there’s nothing wrong with things that are different. It doesn’t mean we are enemies. Humans just like familiarity, in everyday life. It’s how we’re wired. There’s still tons that we have in common as humans and there’s no reason to hate each other. Everyone is just trying to survive this tough thing called life. We have to respect each other. Respect is the key. It creates a better place for everyone. “Please,” “Thank You,” “You’re Welcome,” makes the world go round. Remember, every time you’re disrespectful to someone else, it puts negativity out there and makes your life indirectly harder, too.

That’s not comedy … I aren’t offended.. u laugh because u can relate to the truths. It becomes offensive when u fail to recognize that what the comedian is joking about is you😂.. that’s why it’s offensive. But to everyone else it’s funny because it’s not them. He makes Asian jokes and sits funny to us Asians because he subverts it from being a simple stereotype to something funnier. The joke is these are the go to racist jokes people do to Asians, and Dave subverts it, it’s not offensive in that sense. Just like disabled people going to see the show to laugh at trans jokes but gets offended when it’s about disabled peole😂 he’s pointing out hypocrisy and this comment section is full of it, that’s what makes it funny, cause it’s trye😂

My city has more schools than I can count and the high school I went to had nearly 5k students so it wasn’t a tiny school by any means. We had a lot of kids from the downtown and inner city areas and these are the guys/girls we all went to school with, played ball with and went to party’s with. As an elementary school kid I remember high school kids having rifles and shotguns in the rear windshield at the school parking lot and there weren’t shootings. We had 4 Lexington PD officers who roamed the halls and campus every day from my first day freshman year all the way till the day I graduated. What and when did all this change? Why are kids even thinking about race? Why have kids decided shooting classmates was the next option? Why aren’t schools protected like they used to be?

Spent half his time putting down white people with negative generalizations, - not doing the same with black people though -- an attempt to appease and ingratiate perhaps, which doesn't strike me as a level playing field honest conversation.

One thing about the tear drop tats. To me there is no other reason to get a face tat other then. 1. for people to notice it. 2. Now the tear drop is to get attention and make people think they ahould lock their doors ... why else would you get it?? If its synonymous with gangs then why get it unless you WANT to be profiled as such.

I like hearing these talks, but man you love trashing white women just a little too much. As a white woman with three wonderful daughters, I think you are generalizing the bad behavior of some to everyone. On this issue you paint with too broad of a brush

Crowder, this in my view is 1 of your best interviews yet. It does not get any more real than this. I started watching and the next thing I knew i was 1 1/2 hrs. in. We are so much more alike than we are different.

@@CEOofWasrael yep there are sad consequences to losing wars, we are seeing them now. That aside, having a convo on film with two women who are on the clock and expecting honest answers is hilarious. The mother daughter combo he did a while back is generally more how they all think and talk when their paycheck isn't at risk.
