God is Good all the time! last year august 2022 I suffered from anxiety and my father had a pneumonia, I fell on my knees cause I don't know what to do, my anxiety was starting to attack again that day then I say '' God I'll let you take care of everything, I trust you '' and I heard a deep voice in my head saying '' your dad will be fine '' 3x and guess what, few weeks later my dad felt so much better without drinking medicine and going to hospital, no words can explain how much I am thankful to God everyday

Just stay calm and don't focus on when and how it's gonna happen and do the things that needs to be done. I understand this one completely. The past few years it has been “I want to go to the gym” over and over and then sending myself into depression because I wasn’t going. Early December 2022 I managed to flip that little switch back on of “I am going to do what I said I was going to do.” Since then I have gotten back into the gym and have started organizing the house in order to have the ability to do workouts at home as well. I may not be where I want to be in life just yet but I feel so much better now that I have returned to the thing that I am passionate about. It’s long road ahead but I am back on the path that would make my 22 year old self proud

Eddie, I’ve been listening to you for about a year now. You nailed this one man. Maybe this one just hit me on the right day at the right time but keep up the great writing. Thank you for working so hard!
