Bro what made yall want to start the biz? How did yall get customers in the beginning? I want to start an HVAC company. I have been doing it for 4 years now, so I know what I'm doing when it comes to labor, but idk where to start on the biz side, ya feel me

Hey my fav KZread family!!! Yes, I do remember when yall purchased the box truck. Yall were so happy and I was sooooo proud of the black couple magic I was witnessing. As someone who works in operations I definitely understand your painpoint Pressure of lack of talent out there now and days. I mean do people not read job posts? If the job description clearly says havy lifting and limited seating why would someone think the opposite? The pandemic really did harm society in the sense o people don't want to work any more. They'd rather sit on their lazyhinds and collect a check from the gov or think they're gonna earn millions overnight being a content creator. Chile it don't make any sense. I'm a team lead @ the hvac company I work for and sometimes I gotta switch up my approach ya feel me. 🥷🏿 don't comprehend well 😆so I practice patience bro. It's def a challenge but I know it's gonna make me a better business owner.

Wow! Cool intro and even cooler car Pressure! My husband and I only drive BMWs. Nothing like German eng. Although I'm sorry to hear that you all are ending the moving business, I am glad to hear you are still business owner's controlling your own destiny. Would have loved it if you all were able to become a major and give them a run for their money. Congratulations the contract. That is very major and impressive.

Thank you and yes bmw's are amazing. People dont believe me though 🤣. It was all in God's plan that we got contract and got out of the moving industry. I will explain next video.
