All of your pieces are fine works of art. Most of my subscriptions are restorations of furniture (from painted back to natural) and start to finish projects. When you have a new post, it makes my day. There are other fine woodworking artists, but you are by far my favorite. You're also a fine teacher.

Thin layer of glue each side and wait until tacky. Should still see grain through the glue. No glue line and works in the field, on flat and mitred joints. I am always looking for an excuse to use my routers, my favorite, so like you, have lots of extra space to fill with templates I rarely use again. 🙂 Keep up the good work; you are my favorite go to when resting at the end of the day. I’ve been binge watching all of your videos. Great work and vision! If you can, you should really consider investing in a hoist/trolly. With the addition of your grabo or similar panel carrier, you can move things around way more easily and safely. It’s a matter of time before you blow your back out or bust a piece up trying to lift it by yourself like you do quite often in these videos alone. Keep the awesome videos coming!

I've tried some of the hard wax oils they are easy to use. but i feel they offer little protection. so I have went back to lacor or polyethene. i put on a lot of coats. I recently discovered your channel and enjoy the way you cover your project videos. You do beautiful work! I work primarily in air dried walnut and have been honing in on your finishing methods such as your grain filling techniques you used in a couple of your videos and the finishes you use. I love the look of freshly finished walnut, but hate how it mellows yellow over time, so I'm trying to find ways to prolong the "new cut walnut" look. Sounds like you used a new finish in this video, so yes I would love to see a video on it.

That table ought to withstand the death of the sun someday, nice job. Also, you don't have a hair on your a$$ if you don't take the old table and attempt to sell it as an "art piece... making a statement... about..." well, something. I also only glue half the joint, and cringe when other folks on YT slather glue and then proceed to squeeze out more than is left in the joint. Seems wasteful, and would have to add a lot of sanding and clean up. I've found that even wiping off glue with a wet rag will sometimes leave a spot in finishes.
