I hope this study with me video can help give you the study motivation that you NEED. I put in lofi music and nature sounds (because it was sunny during this video) to help you get into the zone. 2 hours shouldn't be too bad. I've seen loads of uni students and my friends at libraries focus for this long, or longer. There's a big break of 25 minutes after the first 2 hours session, which should be enough time to re-energise your brain (I went outside and ate some food. Sun was peng).
We overthink and stress out with work(especially during exam season), but sometimes all we need to do is to TAKE ACTION. Use this time to execute your study plan, and allow the act of revising motivate your to study. Good luck! (no pressure if you can't do the 4 hours but do your best! Just as I was editing this, I realised how bad my posture was💀 If you have the chance, my advice would be to record yourself studying from the side and see how good/bad your posture is and adjust from there. It’s eye-opening😂
Also I don't even know if 120/25 is even classed as a pomodoro session at this point... Ah. Let's go with - Welcome to this pomodoro session on steroids😎
