That happened to me today. So we had a neighborhood FOJ party and we had sparklers and one of my damn neighbors put on on the ground and I didn’t notice and stepped on it and burnt a hole in my sock and burnt my foot.

For the coat thing, Dustin gave me his coat then Jonathan decided that he should give me his coat, how brotherly. Then will blew up fire crackers on their feet.

I was invited to the biggest 4th of July party! Im so excited, I wore my favourite blue cowgirl hat, some blue and red boppers, a blue and white stripy tank top I found in Robin’s closet (No not her scoops ahoy outfit lol) and a blue skirt. Will is hosting the party which is why I dressed fancier. The party is at his beach house which is where we will get the best view of the fireworks! Robin was co-hosting the party because she said she knows how to party, and Will looked concerned but let her anyways (And let’s not talk about the last party she co-hosted, it was the most boring thing EVER). When I arrived, Mike showed up with trays full of food, but refused to cook it. And since Will have begged by Robin to not have to cook, because she thought she was doing a good job at planning the party, Will ended up cooking all the food, I kept him company so he wasn’t bored, and helped him with parts when he struggled, it almost felt like we were flirting a lot. There was a loud knock at the door. I went to go answer it, but first I had to throw some flour at Will since he was making 4th of July cupcakes, he laughed and tried throwing some at me but I ran fast enough and laughed while I opened the door. “Uhm, Lucas… What’s that behind you” I said in a state of shock. “Oh hey Aya! Is Will there, I need him to open the front gate so I can get these onto the beach.” He replied. There about 100 fireworks behind him, but no one told him the beach was providing fireworks. “Uhhh, okay.. I’ll be right back” I said panicking. I shut the door and ran to Will who had a handful of flour ready to throw at me. “WILL! Lucas brang like 100 fireworks… and also I need the front gate key” I said panicking quickly. “Hey! More fireworks? The more the merrier I guess!” He said. He also threw the front gate keys at my face. “Ouch, that hurt.” I said scoffing and helping Lucas and his hundreds of fireworks onto the beach. When I got back in the house, The cupcakes looked like a total disaster, the frosting spelling 4th of July was everywhere, Wills hands were, well Red and Blue and the kitchen was smoky as. “I uhm, finished” he said licking his hands. “If you say so” i bit into a cupcake and spat it out. “Are these supposed to be Vanilla, because inside the cupcake it’s black. I said. “Oh no”. Will replied, he laughed really hard while watching me try to get the burned flavour out of my mouth. The door knocks again, This time it’s Chrissy. “Oh hey Chrissy! Welco-“ I couldn’t finish my sentence because I was looking at her outfit. “Oh hey Aya? Can I come in?” she replied. I looked at her outfit again, when I tell you it was over the top IT WAS OVER THE TOP. Red and blue makeup, white sunglasses, white cowgirl hat, blue and red face paint, blue shoes, red socks, white skirt, red crop top, red blue and white jewellery, blue handbag andred blue and white glowbands. It even looked like she had put red and blue highlights in her hair. “Yea you can..” I led her through the door, still shocked at her outfit. I finally closed the door and went outside into the garden where the party was, Dustin, El, Max, Robin, Will, Mike, Lucas, Steve and Eddie were there right now. Dustin was running around with his camera taking selfie’s with everyone for “memories”. Once he came to me, I made a funny face and he didn’t laugh. Dustin said it was important memories and I was messing it up. I laughed so I just stuck my tongue out and he took the photo, he looked mad and disappointed at me. And he later came back and said “my eyes were closed”, when damn right my eyes were open. He just didn’t like the face I made. We were all talking, or dancing to the loud music when Mike approached me and said “you have to kiss me by the end of the night you know?”. I made a weird face, I didn’t really want to kiss Mike since we had been in a previous relationship (All of my exes were there, Steve and Mike). I just said “ok” and went back to grooving to Lady Gaga songs. Dustin had suddenly noticed what Mike said and replied with “You know it’s not New Years you dumbass”. Mike looked at him and just walked away in embarrassment, I saw his face and he looked like a tomato. Dustin pulled me away and we started small talk, we were talking about our Summer plans, how I was gonna stay home all day and how he wanted to go to Spain. Suddenly, Chrissy with the bright outfit got overly excited and set off the fireworks, it was night so luckily we could see them properly but Lucas looked very pissed. There were so many pretty fireworks, and I’m really happy she set them off, because I forgot about what Mike said to me. No one can stay mad during fireworks. El stood in the house and watched the fireworks. I was really confused, so once the fireworks finished I went to go ask if she was okay. I walked into the house, “Hey El? Why didn’t you go out and watch the fireworks, they were so pretty!”. “Uhm, why did you? Aren’t you like scared they’re gonna blow you up? If I were you I’d stand here, nice and safe in the house” she replied. I laughed and patted el on the back, “Hey! Their not gonna blow you up! Don’t worry, the other fireworks are more far away so you can come out and watch them with us” I replied. She looked relieved that her theory wasn’t true and that she wasn’t going to blow up. The clock hit 10PM, only 2 more hours till the beach fireworks would go off. Robin prepared the sparklers (the only help she did that night) and we all held our sparklers while dancing to the music. Lucas was twirling his sparkler around like crazy. “Hey! Lucas be careful! Don’t burn yourself!” Will said, But it was too late. The sparkler had burned Lucas’ hand and with his natural reflexes he dropped the sparkler. It ran out of fire on its way down so it wouldn’t set Will’s deck on fire. He was screaming in pain, I was standing with El and Max and we were laughing our heads off. El was trying to pretend to be Lucas, and imitating him with his sparkler. “OoOoh Hi iM LuCas and I’m NOt CarEfuL arOunD fiRe”. She almost burnt her hand while doing it, and the only one who didn’t laugh was Lucas, because he was sitting in the corner, mad because he had an ice-pack on his burn mark. 10:30PM. Oh boy was I cold, I forgot to bring a jacket. Max noticed me shivering in the corner and gave me her extra jacket. “Hey Aya, here’s my backup jacket but you look like your about to turn to ice so, here you go!” said Max. I gave her a nod and put it on while still shivering. Thank god Max gave me the jacket, no one seemed to care I was shivering. Will comes up to me, “hey are you cold?” He says while clearly seeing Max’s jacket on me. I was still cold, Max had a puffer jacket, not a jacket like his. “Kinda, why?” I reply standing by the outdoor heater. He takes Max’s jacket off me and puts his on. “There u go, your probably warmer” he says smiling at me. “Uhh, thanks. I’m gonna go give this back to Max really quickly” I say, rushing away. I grab Chrissy, Robin and El by the wrists and tell them to come with me. We all approach Max, “Let me goo! I need to prepare the balloons!” Robin yells. She obviously wasn’t preparing Balloons. “Hey Aya, did you not need my jacket?” Max says. She quickly realises Will isn’t wearing his jacket anymore and I’m wearing it. “Wait, Hold up!” Max says. “Is that why you brang us here? So Max could realise your wearing Wills jacket- OHH NOW I GET IT” El says. “Yes, it is! Guys I think he likes me” I say blushing secretly. “You THINK he likes you. Did you not see him flirt with you while y’all were baking? Are you kidding right now!” Robin says in anger. I read my watch, 11:00. “I gotta go” I say and I walk away to announce 1 HOUR TILL ITS THE 4TH OF JULY! Max gives Will the evil eye, she approaches him and hits his face! “Why’d you give her the jacket, do you like her? Plus I gave her my jacket first, so yea”. “She said she was kinda cold, and no I don’t like her, why do you?” Will replies. “YOU DON’T WANNA MESS WITH ME!” Max yells and hits him again. Will and Max kept slapping each other, I watched in utter shock, I wanted to take off my jacket but I would freeze if I didn’t. El got really mad with the, fighting, so she grabbed the remaining firecrackers that Lucas bought and threw them at Max and Will. They scream loudly, luckily the firecrackers didn’t hit anyone, or go off but surely they would have exploded Max and Will and Will’s beach house. I scream stop. “Stop guys! Your friends aren’t you? Why are you fighting over a JACKET. It’s NEARLLY the 4th of July! We should celebrate shouldn’t we? After the 4th of July party, no one wanted to take me home, so I crashed at Eddie’s place. Lucky it was close by or else I wouldn’t have gotten home.

Dustin is the one that is forced to cook( 🤭) Lucas shows up with other 100 fireworks and sprinklers Argyle shows up with the over the top outfit for 4th of July Nancy is running around for pictures for the memories (that makes sense actually) Will is the one that looks at me and says "you have to kiss me by the end of the night, you know? (😳 okay okay.) Lucas tells will, "it's not new years eve, dumbass" and drags me away (🤣 I'm dieing of laughter) Eleven sets the fireworks off. Lucas Stands as far back as they can, believing the fireworks will blow them up if they get too close Mike almost burns himself while playing with the sparklers (awww that's breaks my heart.) I'm the one that burns them self using the sparklers( that actually sounds like something I would do lol 😂) Will gives me his jacket when I got cold (awww.) Steve removes Wills Jacket from me and puts his jacket on me (jealousy, jealousy lol 😆) Mike stops the fight between them by putting firecrackers their feet. Because of Eddie's unwillingness to cook, Steve had to cook for him. But Eddie didn't just bring the food, he also brought tons and tons of fireworks and sparklers. El showed up in an over-the-top 4th of July outfit, which everyone loved. I ran around the party and took a bunch of pictures so that I could remember this night forever. While I was taking a picture of her, Robin said to me, "You have to kiss me by the end of the night, you know?" Nancy glared at her and said "It's not New Year's Eve, dumbass," before dragging her away. Will set off the fireworks that Eddie had brought. Argyle stood as far away from the fireworks as he could, claiming that they would blow him up if he was too close. Yeah, he was definitely high. Mike brang food over to the party but refuses to cook. 4. No-one wanted to cook so, thus, Eddie was forced to cook food for everyone. 5. When Will arrived he had over 100 fireworks and sparklers with him. 6. And when Max arrived she had a over the top "4th of July" outfit. 7. Nancy was running around the house taking pictures with people for memories. 8. Then Billy turns to look at me and says "you have to kiss me by the end of the night, you know?" 9. And then Jonathan glares at Billy and says "it's not new years eve, dumbo" and drags me away. 10. When it was time for the fireworks, Chrissy was the one who set them off. 11. *MY ANSWERS* -Argyle is hosting the party(should be a Surfer Boy's Pizza party I'm assuming) -Eddie is the co-host of the party(loud metalic music prob playing, lol) -Eddie brings the foodd but refuses to cook(sounds like him) -I am forced to cook for everyone(the food is burnt, lmao) -Will brings 100 fireworks and sparklers to the party(in case the Mind Flayer come back, duh) -Steve shows up with an over-the-top 4th of July outfit(can totally picture that) -Max goes around taking pics with everyone for memories(to make sure she has enough memories in case Vecna bombs the party) -Eddie tells me that I HAVE to kiss him before the end of the night(no lie, got it on first try, its was destiny) -El drags me away from Eddie after she says "It's not New Years Eve, d#mb@$$(can also totally picture her saying AND doing that) -Nancy's the first to set off the fireworks -Argyle steps back, thinking that if he gets too close, the fireworks will blow up in his face(sounds like an Argyle thing to think) -El almost got burned with a sparkler, but sadly, she does in the end -Billy gives me his jacket when it got cold, but, Will removes Billy's jacket and replaces it with his own -While the two were fighting(could be very brutal, since Will is fighting Billy) I got hold of a bunch of firecrackers and threw them at their feet(oh $h!it, not gud) -Eventually the party ended at 3am and I stayed at Chrissy's instead of going home Props to the people that actually read this EXETREMELY long story of the Stranger Things 4th of July party, that eventually ended in disaster, thanks for reading.
