Ingredients :
100 ml. Warm milk
7 gr. yeast
tsp sugar
1 egg
tbsp sour cream
20 mk. oil
300 gr. flour type 405
tsp salt
Knead the dough well until it forms a smooth mass and then cover and let it rest for half an hour
While the dough is resting, we will prepare the filling!
For that we need
300 g boiled potatoes
200 gr. grated cheese
a little parsley
Salt pepper
Now just brush with egg yolk and milk and then bake at 200° for 15-20 minutes!
