Bread balls.
RECIPE Bread balls.
200 ml warm milk.
100 ml warm water.
40g sugar.
10 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Add 120g flour.
Mix everything together.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Add 1 chicken egg.
40 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Sift 480 g flour.
8g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
The dough doesn't stick to your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough turned out well.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Dust the dough with flour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Dough thickness 7 mm.
Divide the dough into pieces with a glass.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the dough pieces on a kitchen towel.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
Fry the buns for 1 minute on each side.
Place the finished rolls on a plate.
The buns are ready!
You can sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar.
Just look how cute they are!
The rolls turned out very fluffy!
These rolls are incredibly soft and delicious!
My Delhi was thrilled!
After 15 minutes there was nothing left on the plate!
