    Idk but it kinda sucked. Though I think it's cause they plan a very tight schedule for jingle jam, lewis is ALWAYS trying to hurry things along during these.

    I sense its bitterness at what has become of the once great Yogscast, honestly I don't blame them, lewis and Simon look so depressed in recent years when compared to their fever dream past.

  • @kk_612

    @kk_612

    7 ай бұрын

    @@Hardman._I don't think they're depressed, they're just old. No one expect to be doing this shit in their 40s. The boys were already at the older end of content creators when they started this channel and the older you get, the more you start to care about stability over money. I think this is reflected in the channel and its current content. Lewis and Simon are smart guys behind their stupid facade. They managed to build an impressive company considering they started off as two introverts playing video games in their apartment in a time when no one knew how successful this could become. I imagine they invested their money just as wisely and probably have no reason to stress about income. So given their age and lack of financial stress, they probably don't care (and I mean that in the nicest way). Like they can retire, but what's the point when your job is playing video games all day. My guess is they're in a situation similar to Pewdiepie where they’re "retired" in the sense that they stop caring about the content and are now just having fun for as long as they can. The Yogscast was never meant to become what it did, and I'm sure they're grateful everyday it keeps going, but it's easy to understand that Lewis and Simon are in different places than they were nearly 15 years ago. Also, P.S. as someone who has been watching a lot of their "Golden Content" recently, the truth no one likes to acknowledge is that they haven't really changed that much. Like, same jokes, same vibes, same stupid boys. And I think they're incredibly proud of what they've created. Just look at their faces from this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/iWecpqWcg8XfkbA.htmlsi=f2UTYg1ElFJCaPXx

    @thewerewolff7248 this! I'm amazed at how many people who still don't realize the Yogscast has moved on from KZread to Twitch. They only maintain the KZread channel for a small percentage of their audience, and it obviously just recycled off of their streams. They clearly don't make the majority of their money on KZread, and they're relatively transparent about that (or at least as transparent as a company can be), but regardless they're still people commenting their views aren't the same as 2012 and the company is dying. Some people are really bad at understanding change.
