Just quietly aware of the imposed current social pressures on being English within our country, could I encourage the team to identify as being English in preference to just being Roses. Not a major nag, but just a gentle suggestion. As a bloke, I would have happily given all I could have to have played for England, I assume it is similar with the wonderful lady’s English team?
