Hello, My name is Hadassah Lewis and I just really want to say thinking you. I literally can not stop crying as I am writing this. Pastor Knight I have never felt has heard and validated as I do right now. My mom sent me this because her friend sent it to her for me to listen too. I just want to say thank you for making me not feel crazy anymore. Thank you for using you gift to help everyone else understand. But mostly.. thank you for preaching to ME. I’m not a kid anymore but I still feel like I go to many sermons and I feel like I did at 10, that the sermon is for all the older people not for me. But this one, was for everyone, including ME. Thank you so much for this word.

As I have gotten older and really study the Word for myself, I have seen where as SDA, we have took a lot of scriptures out of context. Thanks Pastor Knight for a sermon that needed to be preach at a time like this! God bless you and your wife!

I was raised primarily Baptist, ended up in a large Pentecostal church body, and I now understand and keep God's Sabbath(the 7th day) through rightly divided word and study that I saw and received for myself that the 7th day absolutely matters and why. Many churches have taken the same scriptures out of context, and many people have been hurt and broken. It's not only the Adventist Church. I prefaced the churches I've been a part of to help show I've seen it in other churches. This is a POWER---FULL message! I spelled it with 2 letter "L" on purpose. The message is full. I am full, and this message brought tears to my eyes for multiple reasons, mainly because it's anointed and absolutely true. I will definitely be sharing this message and listening to the other parts. My husband was raised Adventist, and we both enjoy listening to Pastor Knight.

This crystal clear word and many of the sermons Wesley Knight has preached over the last year, specifically, represent the beginning of the church's reformation. Reformation has to begin with confession, just like healing does. There is a shift happening in the body of Christ. Thank you for your obedience, Pastor Knight. I will be praying for you and Stephanie as you continue to set the captives free through your powerful ministry.

Thank you thank you thank you. I now feel validated for every thought that I have had about the response I got from “the church” when I sought clarification. TRUTH and guidance on how to live a spirit filled life. Somewhere on my journey I took responsibility for me, continued to walk with God and stopped holding the church responsible for giving me something I thought the church should give me. The hurt, the pain, the sadness was enormous. I journeyed through it and I continue journey and to heal. I acknowledge this as a part of my restorative process. This message. You made a difference for me. I feel lighter and freer. I thank you 🙏🏽 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I’ve been a member of the SDA fold in past years. I was not raised in the Adventist church however I spent the better portion of 10 years in a NC church. While I appreciated the teaching of the Bible I always questioned the thou shalt nots created by the SDA leadership. I could never align a good bit of it with God’s written word. And then there’s the separate issue of how cliquish more than less of some (not all) members can be. I speak specifically of those who attended SDA institutions from preschool to PH.D While it’s wonderful to have camaraderie, far often it leaves others feeling left out or set apart and not in a good way.) But to speak on what this Pastor just shared , I offer thanks as a Christian. Not affiliated with any denomination now but simply and happily a follower of Christ - I say THANK YOU SIR for calling out what more than just the SDA fold needs to address. For too long the word of God has been misconstrued twisted and muddled to meet the wants of church politics, as well as to cover the misdeeds of some upon others within the church. No wonder people say “nah I’m good. I’ll pass.” Bless you for not worrying with asking anyone on any board of created leadership for permission to tell the flat out truth, being held accountable only to God. I hope it has helped many who only needed SOMEone to offer an apology and to call out what’s been not quite right for far too long. I pray you continued good health and blessings.

... you should say "didn't that sermon strike my heart? Didn't that message exactly relate to my condition? Wasn't it a rebuke that I deserved, a word of reproof or of exhortation? Let me take it to heart that which I have heard and let me not judge the preacher, for he is God's messenger to my soul. I came to church to be judged by God's Word and not to judge God's Word myself" "
