David knew what it felt like to experience moments of desperation. If the man who conquered Goliath (with the help of God) as a small child found his heart growing faint at times, maybe we can say to ourselves:
It's okay to freak out.

We DO need to be honest with God. After all, that is part of what He does, He helps us to get through the tough times. Praise God for his love. His mercy. His peace. HIS PRESENCE. His joy. Don't you love Him?

A great sermon! I'll be sharing this with my church. I've had a burden on my heart about those dying who never opened their hearts to Jesus. What a blessing to have our Father to hold on to during the storms of life.

I currently feel as if Jesus has has left me and I can't sleep at night and I keep getting the feeling I'm a burden and I need to take my life. We not allowed to trade with our business meaning we had no income for 2 months and on top of that I have to go for my 3rd operation reparinf nerve damage in my neck and arm. I'm not freaking out I don't have the will to live anymore and I can't see a solution. 😢

Samantha, I pray our heavenly Father will give you shalom peace, strength and courage. Trust me and know that He is with you. There are times in our lives that God allows us to go through suffering, but through this trial you are to kneel, read His word and believe that He is with you. He will never leave you or forsake you. These trials are to make you a stronger person and to get closer to our Almighty God! Trust and believe that He is with you. You will get through this. Jesus will make sure you do, but you have to cast all your cares onto Him! I will keep you in my prayers! 🙏

Samantha, I don't normally comment on YT videos, but I saw your comment. My heart breaks for you. I have been in that dark place before where you feel hopeless and dread waking up in the morning. So has Louie Giglio. And better yet, so has Jesus. He has experienced every feeling, pain, and emotion you are experiencing- He felt it at the cross. But then He rose on the 3rd day for your victory because He loves you, so much. I'm not going to pretend like it's easy. It's not. But I can promise you that if you call on Jesus He is/will be there for you. Also Louie has a free "Putting an X Through Anxiety" devotional that really helped me. I encourage you to reach out to anyone you can trust, but if they're not available you can always talk to someone using the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. Jesus LOVES you, and will make a way - rest assured of this. Xox
