I don’t think Kristina’s saying she wants to keep TJ and Molly’s baby but after experiencing being pregnant she realizes she wants her own kids someday and the reality is hitting her I guess she never thought about being a mom until now

If she really intended to give that baby to its Legal Parents (as Promised), she would not have gone to the trouble of trying to find a Loophole through the Legal System. She would instead seek Professional Help so that she can “dis-attach.” For the Baby’s Sake, the Family’s Sake, and Her Own. js

No such thing as, " just the surrogate"! These women are giving families the gift of "a family"! Truly Christina needed to get counseling before she said "yes" and up to and after giving birth.

Exactly. And a Qualified Therapist would have done their best to get her to see that she was not Emotionally Equipped to fulfill her generous offer. That is why it is Illegal to enter into a Gestational Surrogacy Contract with a woman who has never born a Live Child. js

ALEXIS is in a “lose/lose” position either way. KRISTINA manipulated her, as she could have asked Anyone (including Google) to direct her to the information she was seeking. She Had to know that ALEXIS would figure her out and be torn. Now ALEXIS is between “a rock and a hard place,” as she loves Both of her daughters; and that Baby is her Grandchild. Nowhere has Kristina outright claimed or tried to keep this baby. She’s not immature or selfish for FEELINGS that are valid. She’s never done this before, and as she said - her body doesn’t know the difference between carrying a baby of her own or someone else’s baby.. y’all are ridiculous when it comes to Kristina. Until she actively tries to keep the baby - then she’s not doing anything to take the baby from Molly and TJ to raise it on her own. Last she knew was they had a huge fight and Molly was unsure of what would happen. Kristina doesn’t know they made up and are good now. She’s allowed to feel her emotions instead of acting like a robot with no connections to anyone involved with this baby. Like c’mon - hate the storyline all you want but at least make sense.

She is Acting On Those Feelings by seeking Legal Advice, and considering Plans to shore up her Legal Position. (Instead of seeking Professional Counseling to help her deal with her original decision and to move past it.) She is free to “Feel.” But that Baby belongs to its Parents, MOLLY and TJ. Period. Trying to do a Legal “end run” is calculated and selfish.

Trying to ascertain her Legal Rights indicates that she fully intends to Act upon them. Or else why torment herself by seeking knowledge that she does not intend to use?

Kristin knew this going in she did this for her sister. They should have used a stranger's egg and let Kristina carry the baby. Otherwise, hire from a company versus family to avoid this. What a mess. Kristina can be so selfish. Have your own kids after this.

I swear the only soap opera that did "surrogacy storyline" without the surrogate wanting to keep the baby was Y&R with Lilly. I wish yhey never went this route to begin with like I'm all for drama, but this is wild.

Since GH is bringing Lucky back, GH needs to bring back Ethan ( Nathan Parsons). I'd love to see the storyline of Ethan and Kristina now.

Kristina is carrying this baby for 9 months so if spider she will feel a connection to him/her. Especially since it’s biologically hers. So her feelings are valid.

(Family Court would have to stay open 24/7 to keep up with the custody cases alone.)

@@KCsoRandom. She took on that risk when she Unwisely Volunteered to be a surrogate. (Giving the baby to its Legal Parents was the Entire Point.) She should have been in Constant Therapy to help her Keep Her Word. At this rate, it is The Child who will need Constant Therapy.😂

This is ridiculous. It just shows how emotionally unstable Kristina is. If she really wants a baby, she can have one. Hormones or not, you can seperate yourself from the baby. Admit you never wanted to be a parent and now you do. Maybe they should consider inducing her. I delivered both my children at 36 weeks.

Of course Molly will tell the child, when it’s old enough, the gift her sister gave to her. Her thoughts go well beyond normal. She’s making plans to take the baby if Molly and TJ break up and talking to Blaze about them raising the child. Sorry, those are emotional unstable acts. Of course you’ll bond. You want the baby to be healthy, but she should be able to separate those feelings from a desire to keep it.

Don’t worry Kristina… just give the baby to those boring nitwits TJ… TJ (mr sanctimonious) and Molly (pretend whiny so called Lawyer)
