the last few vlogs have been andrew coming to the realization that he is not entirely who he thinks he is. andrew has one idea of who he is in his head which is valid but he is starting to realize that the andrew that others perceive (e.g. steve and chad) is completely different to the idea of himself that he has in his own mind. clearly this is somewhat challenging for andrew to accept

I can definitely relate about January and February being the most depressing months. Here's some edgy pretentious text on how I feel about them. Christmas and new years is over. You've barely sobered up and you have to go back to work/school while you're just waiting for the days to get brighter. You're wondering what to do with your life just after yet another year has passed. Silently lamenting your personal failings and disappointments of the last year. You wonder how you ended up where you did. You think about the people in your life. Things you've said and done, pondering deep into the night as you then succumb to a few hours of sleep. You wake up, exhausted, feeling drained of energy. you look outside and all you see is a dark, cold world. You want the light to stay during the day, but things keep you busy. You keep moving. Currently living in Australia (originally from Canada). I usually get down during January and February when living in Canada. But its summer in Australia now and no winter depression for this daddy!

Get some vitamin D tablets & ashwagandha! I always get super depressed during winter but those supplements help a ton.

Honestly when I eat like shit there’s a higher chance I’ll feel like shit. When I eat food I cook at home there is less of a chance I get depressed. Placebo? Probably. But I am depressed most of the time and I almost always eat like shit, fast food erryday

I can't help but to analyze your life and surroundings because it's almost like you expect us to do it by what you're showing us in your content. I like that you're making it aware that you're going through something negative but in the same time doing the most to try and get out of that funk. As a viewer it really sucks to see Chad adding to this downward spiral rather than do what a friend is supposed to do and help you rise up. Ive also been thinking that there is a heavy energy on the earth causig slightly more sadness. IDK THO. I'm going nuts myself. Stay up Andrew!

Have you kept up with the vlogs since the start of this trip? Chad agreed to go on this trip BUT was iffy about it from start. The whole trip he has been acting miserable as if he regrets going. He just radiates negativity. Idk, I could be wrong but its just what I see and feel.

Chad is right, the season it is summer in Australia when it's winter here in the Northern Hemisphere because the Earth tilts on its axis each year. And you're right that the sunlight helps us create Vitamin D in our skin.

Wayne S I've thought about moving to LA. Maybe in a few years. Besides the grey weather, Seattle is a really cool city and I love living here. It's 100 x better when it's sunny too. Where do you live?
