Dr.Aris is a legend. His food not only taste good but is so good for you,not to mention the beautiful presentation. I had the honor of becoming certified by Sunfired foods in the ealry 2000’s. One of the best decisions I ever made.
The history of black people in Panama didn't start the 16th century. So-called black people were always here.
So much culture in one video. The best part is that all the spiritual systems, religions and teachers mentioned here are just degrees and is not the complete 360. You are the 360.
