I'm holding my own judgments until I see the messages that were exchanged, because he also makes an incredibly good point that a lot of people are proving right: Social media is kind of a cesspool and some individuals with zero life outside of online platforms have truly nothing better to do but wait for drama to attack like a school of piranha, even with zero real evidence. Sure it's possible that he did it, but the man is literally known for being crass and not following the best judgments and has been for years. So I can't really feel confident with saying one way or the other until I see some messages from the victim(s) and from the streamer himself and start hearing the names of the sources and allegations. Because any idiot online can anonymously "procure evidence".

IDK seems like a hit job honestly and that one twitter dude used it to promote many events before he even said anything if thats true and the allegations are true that makes him and twitch supporters. But until i see the texts i wont judge it like everyone else should aswell. If it did happen i bet he had like a 15-16 year old mod and prob talked to her in a flirtyish way. I will say the strongest evidence at least for me I've seen so far was actually in defense of him when a former twitch employee used this situation for months even I October 2023 as click bait he might tell all if you come to his venue and give him lots of money. It’s so funny cuz all of this could’ve easily been avoided if he thought to himself for one second. “Hmm I have a wife and a child, there no reason for me to be talking to any other person in this manner anyway”. Especially when he was exposed for cheating before. It just happens that this time it was a minor.

criminal charges can still be filed against the Doc, IF he really did sexted a minor. Its all up to the family IF this is true... and if a lawyer hits up the family or what ever the case may be. If this happens we will see all the messages... Then this theory or scenario comes to my mind. Maybe he got set up and did not know this person was a minor so money comes to mind as a motive. Regardless he should NOT have been talking to anyone while being married with kids. He did NOT learn from last time..... and if he didn't know they were underage well... that's what you get for playing with fire especially on a "secret" whispering messaging system...

i was a fan for years and i know the guy has infidelity issues. that is common knowledge and was never my business. that's between him and his family. either way, you are right; this doesn't look good for him. maybe he needs to go to some kind of rehab or program or something. if he WAS contacting minors inappropriately, then he can get lost forever for the life of me...at this point it looks like we may never know if that is exactly what happened but i hate to see this either way.

The only things admitted are 1. He used a age restricted Twitch feature 2. The conversation was a back and forth, with moments getting close to inappropriate at times 3. The other end turned out to be a minor. Everything else is just more accusation, assumption, and slander until proven or admitted. 1. Who initiated the exchange? 2. What was the intent of the exchange? 3. What constitutes as "inappropriate" or near it in this exchange? 4. Who ended the conversation? As clearly it went no-where and was caught MUCH later after the exchange even happened. 5. How long did the exchange even go on? 6. Did doc assume the person wasn't a minor because Whisper was age restricted? Did the minor lie about his or her age to Doc? Did doc continue the exchange after finding out about the recipient's age? All of these are IMPORTANT question that change everything. This man, and his family, doesn't deserve to be punished for something that happened nearly 6 years ago UNTIL all of these question are answered and proven.

If he thought that the person was of age I feel he would have mentioned it on his tweet. Like how can you forget something that can literally determine his entire career. I think he knows he's guilty which is the only explanation as to why he didn't mention that crucial detail. Also lets not forget that he threatened to sue people who talked about it. He sued twitch so that they don't talk about it. To me this seems that he tried to hid everything just so that he doesn't loose his career. To me I don't think he has ever taken responsibility. The only reason he talked about it today was because all the wall started to crumble around him. He couldn't hide it anymore. I am pretty sure if no one said anything he would have kept on hiding it. To me this just shows that he does not have any remorse for what he did. He should not be forgiven.

It's how the legal system is supposed to work otherwise you get the other problem of people getting jailed based off allegations which is a big problem in the divorce system. Hate the guy and seems like he's a creep but there is reprocussions to just taking action over tweets as bad as they are and people do get ruined for life over accusations (although I wouldn't mind if he gets found guilty)
