Garrett absolutely love you, the energy and honesty you bring to your content. A couple of things to consider if you'd like to break 65 sooner rather than later. The number one thing that's holding you back and you mentioned it yourself, course management. The holes you're struggling on often involve either a poorly positioned tee shot or an in-between yardage into the green (usually caused by hitting driver or hybrid instead of a 3 or 4 iron off the tee). Hitting driver and being aggressive is fine when you're playing a team challenge with the boys but when your goal is to shoot a low number, your mindset has to change. Lastly, I'd recommend keeping the 3 wood out of the bag and going to a 18% hybrid. Keep up the great work with the guys, looking forward to seeing some great videos in 2023. Happy New Year! P.S., from the father in me, a side note to the boys and your CEO. PLEASE START TAKING CARE OF YOUR BACKS (and health in general. Make sure you all have the best health insurance possible)! If your backs are bad, you can't golf (or even get out of bed eventually). I know you guys are young but a bad back doesn't age discriminate. Stop jumping on each others backs, get an inversion table and ice tub at the house. You'll all feel better, play better and have longevity as a result...PEACE!

20:30 I couldn't agree more with this. Whether it's my own thoughts, or my environment at home, I'm not always at peace when I'm here, and golf really does give me a sense of relief/freedom. It's a chance to just get away from everything going on, and just frees my mind. It makes me forget everything else just for a few hours, but it's a feeling that I will always be thankful for, and that's one reason why I love this sport. Thanks for touching up on that subject and reminding me of why I love this game. Keep everything up, Garrett! Love the realness and vibes these videos bring!

True, but... I guess I would be pretty positive if I had all my housing, travel and other expenses paid for (by Good Good), played golf one week with Good Good on beautiful and exclusive courses, then had three weeks off to work on my own channel (or not). He's living a vacation for his entire life right now. Would be tough to be negative under those circumstances. That being said, Garrett is my favorite among the Good Good crew, and I really enjoy watching his videos. And he is a hell of a golfer too! Cheers!

Yes, but maybe TOO much. Allowing events which he CANNOT win would be very disheartening. He is in the GoodGood cups and is last place. The one time he "quit" mentally was the BlueJack National event and he tried to laugh it off but eveyone could tell.

@@richiejbhoy1888 comical. Garrett was giving tv and NEWSPAPERS interviews, featuring in all the major golf Instagram pages, collabing with huge youtubers and making alot of money when unemployed college dropout leech boy was still sucking daddy's titties dry. Acting like someone who was GIFTED a career when he was destined to food stamps was the key to success to the people that MADE HIM while saying someone with millions of followers in all platforms will "have a dead channel " is both hypocritical and absolutely hilarious..
Thank you Garret. I have been waiting for another video in the break 65 series. They are so inspirational. I love your energy on the course ⛳️🏌♂️
I mean the course in itself is beautiful, but whatever Ryder does to make these shots happen just makes it even better. Keep up the good content G
The most encouraging thing from watching this entire video was the cart cams. It was a great insite into how you've been handeling the departures of someone you've known your entire life and someone Im sure you considered a best friend for the past 3 years. Im glad golf is giving you an outlet to decompress and find peace. Im sure its not just me saying this but we love your content and the stuff you're doing over at Good Good. I hope all of the original members can find a way to collab and continue to be friends. Much love all from Colorado! Keep killing it G

So often in videos they say it is their first swing of the day like it is cool and rip a driver. Not good for the back.
That comment you made about when your going through a tough time with things and the golf course can heal you couldn’t be more true I’ve had my fair share of tough times and the course (no matter how bad/good I played) always brought me peace
I love y’all’s content. Every dad you guys bring me a smile and brighten up my day. Keep up the good work.
Yes I totally understand where you come from when you say it’s a mental break getting on a golf course. Because you’re not worrying about anything in your daily life and you’re concentrating on being in the moment.
I love this video. The happiness you put out there is so great. I live in a place with a lot of snow so no golf in winter but I get the same excitement watching you as I do when I play golf my self.
this is my favourite content, garret is such a g, could watch him all day
20:30 I couldn't agree more with this.
Nice 60’ putt. Great to see the smile on Garrett face. Don’t let the Good Good changes get you down, it will work out. It’s great having mix of talent and personalities on Good Good. Plus, it has been so fun watching the improvement in Bubbie, Matt, and Steve. Happy New Year and thanks for all the content.
Love how you’re continually positive even when you’re not playing well G. Keep up the good work!
So true on the title… on golf, I don’t usually play my best on the first 2-3 holes, but when I get the hang of it I start doing pars in a row. But yeah, mentality is the crucial role in how you play
I started playing golf in June and it changed me. Golf is more than just a sport.
the prduction and editing on this video is unmatched. makes garretts and good goods videos the best golf channels on youtube.

I enjoy watching your videos. Anytime I can make a par or better I consider it a miracle since I am just getting back into golf after a very long hiatus. I would love to see you and GoodGood do a video with Grant, Micah, BustaJack Golf, and the Bryan Bros; like a mini tournament. That would be EPIC! I hope 2023 is even better than 2022! God bless!
love this series and absolutely live how happy you are while you’re filming as well keep them coming 🎉
That's why I love living and playing here in the Myrtle Beach area is because of the beautiful scenery. The smell of the ocean is something else. That eagle putt on the 8th hole was massive.
Happy new year Garrett, you'll break 65 soon all it takes is getting hot! You got this! 🎉
Garrett I know I'm a random person but as far as putting, have you ever tried slowing your stroke down and taking it a tad farther back? With your poppy little stroke, it's hard to be consistent. Just a thought. I really feel like with that arm lock, if you lengthen and slow your stroke you'd drop 5 strokes per round. Hope it helps!
Love this series. It’s great to see all 18. Especially with the drone shots.

@@antoniolarocca4138 That's a lavalier microphone. Garrett, you beautiful specimen you, I’ve been watching your content since your trick shot days, your ability to keep a positive attitude, your creative mind, your confidence, your grace, your silky smooth buttery swing are all parts of the reason I love you, but most of all the mindset you have about all the adversity you’ve been facing gives me hope in my own life, I wish you nothing but the best my guy and can’t wait for the day you break 65

Hi Garrett, watched your 3x Break 65 episodes yesterday. You inspired me to challenge myself on the course, to stay in the moment, be clear what I want to do. I've been playing of a 2 handicap for the past 2-3 years, had multiple level Par rounds, but couldn't Break Par. Well today, I went one better, I shot 67 (-5, 32 & 35) ,15/18 GIR, 7 birdies, 2 bogeys. Took an extra club on 90% of the approach shots and just swing easy. Thanks for the great content.
