I have 2 10smk2’s and they are amazing. You will be impressed. Plus their customer service is outstanding. You actually talk to the engineers. I had 2 issues and no questions asked they sent me new amps in 2 days to install myself on site. Works perfectly.
That XD-05 Pro is something I would love to play with. I have a Zishan Z3 Pro that I can swap op amps. This is just on another level.
Everyone knows that Speedwoofers are boss, but RSL's speakers are no slouch, either! Peak for the money (within their limitations, they are designed to be used with a sub) and fantastic in general. And yeah, the grills are pegs for costs and simplicity, and you really shouldn't ever attache them to the speakers haha. Grill on Speedwoofer is fine, it's a sub. I actually preferred the CG5 line over the CG3, but it's currently undergoing a refresh.
ya know it would be really awesome if there was like an audiophiles cable kit that came in different colors had like couple nice short rca, balanced patch, aux 3.5 aux 4.4 and digital bits, ya know just like a basic tool box of connect x dac to x amp kit much like the XD05 but stand alone and in purple, maybe with a logo on it XD?
That XD05 pro looks exciting! I just got the XD05 Plus2 and it is nice!! Makes me wonder if saving for the Pro will be worth the extra coin.
