Here's always there in the background. Best thing now is for Rangnick to take charge and ditch the backroom staff ASAP.

@@kwl189 I agree mate. I just the think the club itself should outwardly attempt to lessen the focus on the past and more on the future. If anything that was the problem with Ole's reign - club legend, blah blah blah, he's coming home blah blah blah - he was set up to fail from the beginning. You've got to admit that most right-minded fans knew that he was never the right man for the job. The media were out to slay him from the off. As a cold appointment, Van Gaal was probably the most astute - terrible football though. Moyes was 'handpicked' by Fergie, Jose had long coveted the job, is one of Fergie's mates plus he has a brislty character and was easily going to get hacked off with the board and certain players with ego bigger than his, and Ole was like a work experience placement gone wrong. The club is still at it now, 'Ole will always be a legend, etc', Carrick, Phelan, Fletcher, I'm surprised John O'Shea isn't kit manager!

Someone please try and convince me that José wanted Fred over Maguire…José and LVG call it out for what it is tbf. Though he’s struggled to adapt his systems and methods with the players with time. They’re both been scathing about the club since leaving and are right. These are world class managers of the highest level. There’s little to nothing about the game they don’t know. I’ll always cheer Ole when he returns. He’s a good man that gave everything to the job and us as a player. Some might say that’s his job, but he went to extraordinary lengths to do things right and ran out of steam and was found out at the highest level. We’re totally broken after José.
