I still find it incredible just how great Tims videos are when essentially it's just him and a camera. His narration is impeccable always. The Elva looks incredible with the windshield that's for sure!

@@KristianDabeski they differentiate a lot more than lambo or ferrari. The 720 is its own interior the 12c and 650 were very similar and the elva and artura are very similar. The thing is they don't use a fiat or vw parts bin so every button feels more unique when ur in the car.

I spotted a mistake. In 17:52 it´s a GT not an Artura. Great video. Greetings from Slovakia.

The windshield makes it look soooo much better.

In terms of Aesthetics - I still prefer the Windscreen version!!! It looks more 'balanced', more poised... I also expect it would be a much nicer drive too without all the stuff that gets flicked up off the roads, insects etc and won't need a crash helmet to drive it!

In terms of aesthetics, I prefer the one that doesn't have a retractable dinner tray coming out of the bonnet.

The McLaren Elva is such an Awesome Hypercar!.. For me the Windshield Option is a "NO-BRAINER" for me!.. Frankly, I'm Really Surprised that 90% of the Lucky People who were able to buy the McLaren Elva "Didn't Option" it! Especially since it's "Not" Just some Normal Roadster Windshield, because it's Much Smaller than a Normal Windshield! Also it's Completely Bespoke to the McLaren Elva & Extremely Well-Made with All the Best Lightweight Materials!.. I Bet that the Majority of the People who Bought the McLaren Elva w/o the Windshield Option are going to Keep it Parked in their Garage and Basically NEVER Actually use the Vehicle for what it was Intended for / Capable of!.. But Hey... It's their Money and if you Buy it, then you can do Whatever You Want with it!.. - Cheers!

The spec and a quick glance on the sides show a XP7W denomination. If it is correct this is the first Elva prototype fitted with the windscreen

I’ve seen an Elva with the windshield last September in Italy. IMO it looks better without it, but it still looked incredible

@@KristianDabeski Their cars are based on speed, losing weight. There’s no need to have fancy Ferrari interior if it contributes to weight. There’s a reason why a 720s is faster then a 488 pista both round a track and in a drag race. The boost allowed a mass increase in acceleration due the very little weight the 720s has. That’s mostly the same with the senna, P1 and 765LT etc. Just because the interior it’s luxurious doesn’t mean it’s a bad car.

@@Way-M there is a reason why McLaren can't even sell out their limited edition cars and keep flopping with Elva, GT, and soon Artura. They just try to emulate Ferrari but they are basically giving you always the same car, with same engine, same design, same interiors and same vacuum cleaner V8.. while Ferrari totally nailed it with all the 812 line up, Roma, sf90, Monza and probably even the 296gts. Mclaren just need to stop doing too many models if they don't have the resources, customers and can't keep up.
