I am not a Tesla owner yet but having done a Test drive on a T3 lately, I really liked the uplift version with the steering wheel simplified. Now in this show you demonstrated the automatic door which is a very cool feature. I just love it. Thanks for your video.

Model x is very appealing ex except those doors I'm afraid if I upgrade from y to x I will regret

They offer the standard doors on the X. At least according to my Uber driver. They don't like the scissor doors.

How are the doors when they’re in a parking spot? What if a car was parked really close to the Model X? How does it know not to open all the way without USS? Also, do the falcon wing doors still have USS? I feel they need to have them

So...hands free trunk open is not on Model Y? I have a 2023 Model Y and an iPhone 15 Pro. My Tesla menu, under "locks" does not show the option you demonstrated. So just FYI, New-ish Model Y does NOT currently have this feature. I bummed. Also, the latest Tesla software updated has rendered my and my sister's (2023 Model 3) Apple Podcast app useless on the vehicle, as it simply asks you to "reload"...repeatedly... and never gives you the Podcast menu. Trued re-booting vehicle screen, making sure I was logged in on my iPhone...what am I missing here. I can't find anything online about this issue.

Have a 2024 Model Y and the trunk feature isn’t listed on mine either. Have a iPhone 11 pro max.

So u grab yr groceries out of the trunk but u have to manually press the trunk button to close it wtf ?. It should auto close when u walk away. Damn techs u rarely think things thru.

Isn't the point of it auto opening because your hands are full with things? So when you put the things in the trunk you can then press the button to close it either on the truck or when you get in your car

Would you consider doing a video on phantom braking in either FSD or TACC mode? This seems to be a problem which is widespread and ought to be either fixed or there should be a cruise control mode that simply keeps the speed (like standard cruise control).

Im a new Tesla owner. These videos are so helpful. The door open/ close feature has me. I'm lmao never would have known it starting doing because of this new update. 😅

Why the automatically trunk opening not available in normal Model Y, that should not be that difficult to implement,right? If it's available in normal Model Y ,it will increase the purchase rate of Model Y dramatically, why Elon doesn't have that insight?

Get the auto close function assigned to the trunk

My car was a built in march 2022 and it has the ATOM 🤣🤣🤣 my 2 year old Tesla got obsolete 🤣🤣🤣

Air filter probably same thing as whatever air purifier apparatus at home. Just a calculation on particles and number of running hours then into percentage of expected filter lifetime.

That is correct. MYs will not get that.

So hands free trunk is for available for 3, S and X, but not Y? surely if it works with the X, it should be available on the Y, they're both tall hatchbacks

Hi thank you for an awesome review, the tesla feature that I use all the time is the summon. This is perfect for me because I have a hard time walking so instead of me walking to my car, I utilize the summon feature on my tesla so the car comes to me. I really think that all talks owner utilize this feature it will make your life easier. And addition, I have keratochonus an eye condition that makes driving difficult at night because the surrounding lights looks scattered or all over the place visually. So the FSD is a game changer for someone that has the same eye condition. I say Tesla FSD is the best invention ever. It saves lives. Anyways good job my brother thank you. < oh by the way my tesla is the model y performance

You dont need Apple Carplay on a Tesla?? The Software is already so good on a tesla, and its way faster than porting apple carplay onto it. You already have your Phone calls, Messages, Music and Navigation on a Tesla.

Well, when you're selling roughly a half-MILLION new vehicles a QUARTER, there are a LOT of Teslas out there that need basic periodic service/preventative maintenance at any given time... like tires, cabin air filters, heat pump coil cleanings, etc. Just because a vehicle is at a service center, that doesn't mean it's broken. Shocking that people would make such a generalization. Go drive by ALL of the ICE-vehicle dealership and independent repair shops in your town (spoiler alert: there are MANY) and look at the overflowing parking lots. Same thing applies.
