I had send in my small donation and suggested the following :- 1. Be as transparent as an open book (nothing to hide) and list the names of the person who had benefit from the fund distribution. 2. We should be able to access their stories why they should be allocated with the fund. 3. The fund should be properly allocated and not be used for advantage by individual (scammer, dishonest person, etc) 4. The site should show the total fund collected and how the fund was used (as transparent as possible). 5. The person who got the fund can transfer the fund to another person if he no longer need it.
