Yes, usually when a bad CEO leaves it pops the price. I guess that would give us an indication of how the real shareholders feel, not those bought for voting purposes. ⚔

Although I’ve given my opinion here, I’ve always also said this was an all or nothing play for me. If it goes to the moon I’m rich, if it goes to zero life goes on and I’ll find a way to make the money back. ⚔️

jeez what a mess. Like you said epic fail by AA. I've been out of the loop on amc stuff for a while....was there a big push for computershare with amc also? I'm just familiar with the gme stuff.

does this do anything to fight against the short sellers?

In my opinion, no. Reverse splits are, typically, bad for shareholders. I’ve said for a while I expect it to get shorted back down from whatever price it opens at on 24th August. ⚔️
