100% yes The Princess Bride is a classic, great choice. Also A Man Called Ove is a beautifully written book. FYI it has a trigger warning, which you might want to Google first. And yes you will cry.

Prince Bride was a trip. My local library had a book club that was book to film; we’d read and watch the films on our own and then discuss the difference and merits. I hope you like the adventure that is that book.

I started Leviathan Wakes this year and I’m currently on book three, I am LOVING it!! It is indeed a chunky series but in my opinion it’s one of the best sci-fi’s I’ve read (to be fair I haven’t read many) I hope you enjoy it too 🤞

It is one of my favourite books too and I have some amazing anniversary editions of the book. It is just the sort of movie that you can fall in to on a bad day and it makes things brighter 🤗

Oh I think you will really enjoy A Man Called Ove. You might not know, but that was made into a movie called A Man Named Otto (played by Tom Hanks) It was a beautiful movie and I suspect the book might even be better (it so often works that way) Don't expect something fast paced but it is an incredibly moving story told exceptionally well. And... *dang* Spin the Bottle was indeed a bit brutal with you!! If it were mine, I don't' know what I would do. I have read War and Peace; if I had to read something longer, I would have to take on Proust and *I - Just - Can't* 🚀
