We are located in NE Oklahoma and delivery IS included within 60 miles of the dealership. This particular shed was a repo and the list price on it was a little under $10k. This is all dependent upon upgrades added. Thank you for watching!

My delivery guy had two auxiliary wheel he put under one end to protect the skids...I have never seen them drag a shed on the skids before...I hope they werent torn up too much! Cute house, Momma!!!

I just found your channel and I am so touched that you are taking care of your mama by having her close to you. That is so touching to me because when my father passed, my mother moved in with me. She was with me for 24 and a half years before she needed 24 hour care so she had to go into a facility. God bless you for taking care of your mama.💞

What a brilliant way to keep mom close while giving her privacy and independence. That's what most retired people want--they may need a little help now and then, but they don't want to be a burden and they want their own space. I can't wait to see it once it's finished off inside. And you're correct about having a second door or at least an egress window that mom can exit easily in case of emergency.

You are right about the wheel follies and it’s best to block in center even tho it’s only 11 1/2 feet wide. Over time it’s best. So happy for her!❤🙏🏼😁

Be sure to insulate your floor and your roof. Makes a big difference. The builders insulated my roof/ceiling but not my floor. The floor is freezing cold in the Texas winters. The rest of the house stays warmer. Spray foam.

You see the shed that has the worn wood? I would save every precious one of those and poly them with satin poly and bam, a great feature wall!!! Nothing is exciting as when that truck rolls up!!!! Did she cry? I did for mine!!!

Man! This is nerve wracking to watch and, the music background sounds like I am watching a movie. You gotta hand it to the inventor of this Robot, what a genius idea. You guys are what families should be doing looking after their aging parents. God bless you, both. May Mama find happiness and comfort in her new home. I wish this was my home! Think of the fun fixing it up, inside and, sitting on the porch will be great. A nice rocking chair, would be perfect.

My tiny home has a front door and a door to a back deck in the bedroom..I have 2 smoke detectors in here as well because fire is my biggest fear after renting a home from someone who cut the emergency stop off on my hvac unit because it wasn’t installed correctly and it would over heat…. I slept on the couch and moved her twin bed by the front door and window in case of an emergency….After my Year lease was up I got me and my daughter out of there and built a 300sq ft studio tiny home and I’ve been happy ever since! Congratulations on ur new home 😊

That honestly is one of the most unique and awesome machines I've seen yet!!!! Such a little machine for the giant job's it gets done!!! It's freakin awesome and I'm sure majority of men probably could use or definitely want one, I'm a woman and I want this cool robot machine!!! Could make someone lot's of money in their businesses!
