Aloha Patrick and Stuart, OMGOSHNESS! Wowing, Zowie, there are literally no words to properly describe the beautiful emotions running through me watching and will be rewatching this fantastic video. I’ve never seen Stuart looking this happy, he’s literally beaming with a well deserved pride, like when a father first sees his new born for the first time. At about 10:15 when he’s hand painting the gorgeous wallpaper I got chills all over and said such a loud, emotional ,” Wow,” that my dog looked back at me to see if I was OK! I am so happy for you both. Our taste is so similar it behooves me. When I had my home I actually hand drew some dark circles on a wood wall with a permanent black magic marker to match the knotty pine on its opposite wall. I will be commenting more on this video but have to start my day now. Thank you both so very much for putting me in such a fabulous mood. And oh, the Curiosity Shoppe - but that’s another upcoming comment. I checked and I am still Subscribed. We need to get you up to at least 100,000 Subscribers ASAP. I LOVE your petit salon. My favourite decorating thing I used to do was wallpapering. Many years ago I was papering our dining room, I had one last piece to put up above the door when I had to stop to take a phone call, my husband called out that he’d do it as I had already pasted it. I came bacck 10 minutes later to find he’d put it on upside down and with a crease! Brilliant at building, lousy at decorating!!!

The petit salon looks lovely with the wallpaper and the green paint. The effect is very warm and welcoming. I could easily find myself having my breakfast there, or having a cognac in the evening with the fireplace crackling. Another beautiful restoration. I thought ‘oh what simply gorgeous wallpaper, I absolutely love it!!’ It is a stunning choice and you two are such masters at hanging it. Stuart I think you painted the joins with such precision too.
