Thank you, DS! (Sorry I’m late getting to this). I suspect we’ll be back with Charlie sometime in the summer even just to chew the fat of TT ‘24 😁

Have enjoyed both of these interviews with Charlie.I had a friend back in the day who idolised Charlie. You would go a long way to find a neater, tidier rider. In my view Charlie and Geoff Cannell were the best TT commentators ever. Thanks again for doing these interviews.😀

Remember spending an evening with Charlie and Yamaha's Andy Smith whilst working for Mitsui on the island, looking after the first TZR250's imported for the production TT. The advice, tips and tricks he gave us were invaluable. Barry Woodland won the 250/400 class on a 400 Suzuki with Mat Oxley and Graham Cannel second and third on the 250's. Mat recorded the first ever 100MPH lap on a production 250!!. Great memories

Also he keeps mentioning his book, do you have a link to where it can be found?

I’ll drop him a line and see if he has any left. I think they were self-published so obviously not as readily accessible as going through a publishing house.
