Wait until next year when you dont win any big games at all, Cant win when you are down 0-1 and when you see that he cant change the tactics properly if his tactics doesnt work and how he substitutes player after the clock (always around 68-72 minutes) and then we can talk 😂//Hammarby and QPR(2nd team) supporter .

Welcome Marti, much more excited for this appointment than I was for Ainsworth. Move made very little sense for me. Our style of play really doesn't suit the group of lads we have. Chair, Willock, Cannon, Paal. A squad that should be higher certainly

@Doggomorph Ainsworth was a good player for us, but his legendary status has been tarnished forever by turning a poor average team into a piss poor team with no hope, proving that he is not a Championship manager, League 1 at best.

I'm a QPR fan but live in Spain. I am looking forward to see if he gets a more Spanish pace into our team. The players also need to show some respect too.... this group of players this season, there are a few lazy ego maniacs in this team.

Wow, me too! I'm up in Catalonia, Marti's old stomping ground. I'm sure Marti can bring about a return to possession football again, I just hope it is enough to get us out of the relegation positions. I just look at this squad and although we don't deserve to go down, I don't think we are anything better than a lower-mid table side at this point. Possession of the ball is great, but where are the goals gonna come from? We can't blame Ainsworth for the lack of effort from some of the players, poor tactics yes, but it's hardly his fault that we have someone as dire as Rayan Kolli on the bench as our next best option after Armstrong. I love Armstrong's effort but he just doesn't score any goals! He's played nearly 40 games and has scored 1 goal. As a second striker that's just not good enough. He should be a back up and getting his experience in a lower league where a season as first choice striker and a good 10-12 goals would get him ready for the first team here. Instead they've shoved him into the Championship in the hope he'll maybe sneak a goal. Well 1 goal a season ain't gonna keep us up. Dykes only has 30 goals in 130odd games, Chair only has 28 in over 200 games. Unless the new manager signs a new striker to partner Dykes I can't see where the goals are gonna come from- if we'd even kept Chris Martin for the bench it would've given us a couple of goals here and there. But all this talk about pretty possession football and getting our attacking mid's- Chair and Willock- back firing and getting goals again is all very well and good but they haven't looked bothered since Beale left. Chair is a luxury player who doesn't track back. Willock looks half asleep when he comes on for 5 mins at the end of each game. Then there's the defensive problem- what to do about Kakay? Can we at least get a fit centre half to start more than 2 consecutive games? Can we keep a few clean sheets again? Can we get the marking and concentration sorted? These are serious problems that a change of style won't necessarily solve. Cifuentes has got a massive job ahead to keep us up. I wish him all the luck in the world and like Ainsworth I won't blame him if it doesn't work out. I think the board just don't know what they're doing. Where is our new DOF ffs? When is that getting sorted out? The board are the problem at our club, not the players, nor the managers. They all come and go but the board keep getting it wrong. They have to take more responsibility for this mess. Come on your Rs either way. Let's have 3 points against Rotherham! 💪 You ®ssssssssss.....

I hope the fans get behind him too. But...We have to remember that none of the problems that are bound to arise will be his fault, it's the board, they are CLUELESS. Should've kept Warburton on or at least moved him upstairs as a Director of Football. The club has no plan. Martì will do his best I'm sure, but we can't blame Ainsworth's tactics on the fact that the players he was given were proper shaite. Rayan Kolli is one of the worst young players we've ever produced yet is somehow first team material? I really fear for our club this season. We have a bunch of primadonnas and time wasters playing for us that make Julio Cesar and Jose Bosingwa look like hardworkers.

Welcome aboard. We need a coach who understands the art and isn't just about passion. Love of the shirt only gets you so far. If his after match reaction is we need to defend better and take our chances then I'll be disappointed. Was GA's only speech and we heard it from his predecessors too. If he can tell them how to defend and how to get more out of Dykes and Willock then we're back in business. I was looking forward to Warnock because I know he loves Lyndon, but this guy will do for me so far. Just hope he's got more loyalty to his own project than Beale did.
