Such a great reminder to stop following the old story. For me at this point, it’s about the discipline. I had a pattern that is addicted to being of this world that fights against my true self of being in the now. AEP has truly helped me in so many ways. Time to spend the day choosing the now 🥳🦋💫💙

At the end of this video, my Alexa started playing “Take It Easy” by Eagles 🦅. No clearer sign than this! I worry about the decisions I make because I remember how things didn’t turn out the way I had hoped for in the past. Yes, have a pattern for sabotaging myself and quitting out of fear, failure, regret, embarrassment etc… We tend to beat ourselves up when we choose to live in the past. I’m choosing to live in the present, because it is a gift, and this gift is available to anyone who chooses it. Take it easy on yourself, and enjoy your day! ❤

I've been bothered by the language of "getting ahead" for as long as I can remember. This whole call was so great!

I have asked my deeper self questions and recieved the answer of silence. I always wondered that meant about me like maybe I really wasn't actually connected to myself. I kept getting the message "it doesn't matter".. I finally understand. As long as I stay present I am in the flow executing actions that bring me the highest amount of pleasure and fulfillment. I am so productive for the first time in my life. Be kind to yourselves loves! The answers are within. Do not question the answers.

Each moment the Universe is shaking your etch a sketch!! I love this!!!!

"There's no ahead" love that. "Still working form survival" this is helpful to as I'm working on my relationship with money, relationships, etc. I still notice survival things come up and "know bettter's" that come up. "You went from what you know to what you knew" thank you for bringing us back to the Now especially as I release the past this will assist so I don't pick up the past again. Choose the Now. "What would be a choice that the true you would make?"-I would love to cry out and release patterns. "Awareness beats effort". So much wisdom in this call. Thank you. A fellow traveler told me he heard a rock ask him a question. He barely heard the question. He answered the question because he heard the question. No carving experience previously. Its a new choice I've been too set in my ways. I have learned how to be happy anyway no matter what I'm going through which doesn't always feel real. But I can make better choices but I get confused sometimes about what to do but maybe if i step back a minute and quit making snap judgments about work and moving etc.

I'm thankful to see more and more of my ego's behavior. That I SEE it and can discern it more now. This a.m. I muttered several things, all egoic erroneous problem solving and complaining. Shhhhhhhh... the now is much more rewarding. I now hear cars passing and birds singing and chimes blowing in the wind. Thankful for a blank etchasketch. Thanks for articulating this. Now I hear the all that is.

I have many experiences of doing things or preparing things without understanding why, then the now calls for my preparations in perfect synchronicity.
