Ooh Louise that lunch, Louise-style Chinese food looked delicious as usual. Just remember that you should always add a little bit of sugar to balance out the salt. You know that I always give you a tip: after you peel the ginger, take the skin, pour hot water on it and drink it like tea. No milk or sugar. Good for diabetics. Here's another tip: grate ginger and rub it all over your face and the back of your hands. Leave it on until you are ready to wash it off. Skin will get soft, smooth and bright. BTW, the ginger doesn't burn. Lance you are supposed to kiss the cook 🤭. Have a blessed night 🙏🏻❤️❤️

Sorry, but we accidentally deleted a comment from someone inquiring about pot handles; the pots are valuable but the handles are short lived. We however never had trouble with the handles, only the cook but the same is vastly improved. Ouch ouch!
