Hello friends! Today I present to you a vegetable recipe that I love so much! Potato, carrot and courgette flan stuffed with ham and cheese! This dish is an ideal lunch or dinner solution for the whole family! Perfect recipe for this summer flat of nutrients and flavors! Anyone can do it! Ingredients:
- 4 small potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 50 g of Parmesan cheese
- 70 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 spring onion
- 80 g of cheese (Fontina)
- 100 g of cooked ham
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
