For me it has always been Mzee Kibaki. He served this country with so much love and dedication We all remember Mt Elgon menace during matakwei raids,women were raped and killed, men spent nights in the cold guarding their families from attacks children never went to school for fear of attacks, but president kibaki brought this primitivity and madness to an end. Fare the well baba Chiku. We loved you but God loved you most. Eternal Rest Grant him oh Lord and may the perpetual light shine upon him, may he Rest In Peace,Amen. .

True other than working on economic of Kenya, he also straightened rebel groups which were terrorising society, including mugigi, zukuzuku, SLDP among others

@@davidwalker2144 I might be a simple man. I would neither say nor thumb chest in what I have done for my country kenya and the world at large. But leave it to God to judge me. My perspective partaining the state burial is lots of things are happening all around. Public funds being wasted, drama from mourners , side shows of all manner. My view is in the best interest of the country and affected family. Kibaki left a legacy of good governance but 2007 polls got stuck with him. Whether it wasn't his plan to sabotage democracy by handing over power, I don't know but leave it to God.

To be honest, Moi's death touched me more than this man's death. I'm sorry but i don't know how to pretend. This man caused so much pain to the nation in 2007/8 the many innocent lives lost could have been avoided if only his greed for power would let democracy prevail.
