I just got married last year on September 23, 2023. I am 67 and my new husband is 73! We had a very low key wedding also. My dress was given to me and I loved it. People brought food (a "pot luck") and the food was fantastic. We were outside next to the beautiful river behind us. We only had 20 people also. It was sweet and it felt like everyone was floating around on Love, Love, Love! Many different kinds of people from all walks of life and so much Love! It was PERFECT! I spoke with one of my good friends whose daughter is getting married - and she spent $18,000 on her wedding dress! SAY WHAT? WOW!!!!!! Ridiculous!

Oh Isabel, thank you for sharing your day! It was nothing less than amazing and perfect. There is no one like you and your wedding is a true reflection of who you are deep in your heart. My daughter got married 7 years ago and her wedding was at friends of mine who live amongst Amish and all that was there was me, our two friends and the officiant. Sara looked beautiful and we used lots and lots of flowers from my friend's garden and she baked the beautiful wedding cake. Sara was married under an arbor that her dad built a few years back before he passed away. There is so much to be said about a wedding that is straight from the heart.....I am so happy for you and Logan!!!

I love the " thank you for watching". We almost broke our fingers clicking play!!! What an absolutely beautiful and precious wedding.
