There are many more best IT companies than these, which bring lot of revenue to Sri Lanka and working lot of Sri Lankan graduates. IFS, Virtusa, Pearson, WSO2, CodeGen, LSEG are some of those.

Great Place to work is a paid annual survey and not every company participates in that.
Not downplaying the companies featured here. But this list does not represent the "real" IT companies in SL that pull in millions of foreign income every year, are recognized in industrial reports, and have a strong brand presence across the globe. They are not just small body shops that provide access to cheap Sri Lankan labor. Newcomers, please don't get misled by following this content.

Not sure whether he has picked the perfect title for the video. But he clearly mentions that this list is based on the great place to work survey which mainly focused on the company culture, not the revenue. However, revenue-wise there are big players in the industry and I agree with you on that. But it is still doubtful whether big companies are the best companies

All these companies in sri lanka want their employees to work for them like slaves. I remember going to work at 9 am in the morning and leaving work the following day saturday evening at 4pm. Sri lankan companies are cash hungry and greedy.
If you ever categorizing something, you have to see top to bottom, quarter wise income and share prices.
Wso2, Vertusa, Ifs, sysco labs, millennium it මේවා නැතුව කොහොමද ,හොදම it company 10 තොරන්නේ😂

There are many IT companies which should be in this list. And Great Place to Work title is not a qualification to be one of the best IT companies. And I'm sorry but H-Connect is not an IT company as I know. H-One is the IT arm of them. And H One is a good place to chill out. But there's nothing much to learn for a newbie. Now it's a dialog company so I don't know whether they have adopt new technologies now.

this is Real joke.. Great place to work is the label, but sri lanka has lot of best IT companies. Some names are not popular but their works are good. So why that company didt get that mentioned.. Big or small gave right place to every companies thats the best thing. 🙏😊
Best ones are not even in the list. Ive also worked in one of the companies in this list. And it was a really good company. Unfortunately great place to work is just another survey. It doesn’t mean they are the best.

There are more important Software/IT companies in Sri Lanka which serves bigger western and fortune companies that brings a lot of USD revenue to the economy. Don't be deceived by these ratings. There are many better IT companies in Sri Lanka with excellent values and great working cultures. Some of them are Pearson Lanka, Sysco Labs, Cake Engineering, Wiley Global Technology, WSO2, CodeGen, IFS, MIT, Virtusa and LSEG. You should know better when your channel name is 'Wishwa Danuma'. XD
