When I visited Port Hope last September in 2019 I had the soundtrack blaring in my ears as I walked all around the town seeing the locations being in the alley being at the river it was absolutely one of the best trips of my life

I never understood the dislike this movie gets at times . Yes it didn’t have as much scares as the first one. However this is the most emotional one, it concluded everything with a sweet yet sad ending, the power of friendship courage and bond is what destroyed the evil.

I'm just sad because they didn't incorporate the Turtle. This could've been a whole series. Other than that, the movies feel nice

this scene is literally one of the most beautiful scenes i’ve ever seen.

The fact this horror movie brought me closer to my friends is amazing. Definitely taught us friendships can last despite distance

The book is quite about friendship. Stephen King is a genius,

richie carving eddie’s ‘E,’ the scene where they ride their bikes as kids, and the scene where they stand in front of the glass as adults and see their reflections as children with stanley and eddie never fails to make me cry.

God, the flashback to when they were just kids during this scene broke me. Especially since I'm not much older than them now. Say what you will about the movie, but the ending is beautiful. Especially the soundtrack

This may not live up to Chapter One, but this ending scene is a reminder of what made the first one so damn good. Chapter One wasn’t just a horror movie, it was a coming of age movie. A coming of age movie which perfectly captured what it means to be a kid, and to have really good friendships, friendships with inseparable bonds. This scene is such an amazing way to call back to the feel of the first movie, and to give nostalgic feelings of childhood.

(I know I am late but) fr this just gives me so incedible feelings I can't describe like I like the feeling but it makes me sad and scars me like time flys so fast idk...

SPOILERS FOR THE BOOK: I have heard some people complain about how the movie ending is different from the book because, in the book, the characters all start to forget about Derry, It, and each other (to the point that they can't remember each other's names), now that It is dead. And I understand why King went that route. But I honestly liked this ending a bit more because I found it a bit more optimistic. The books ending had an optimistic feel because they can all finally move on, but I was sad that they start to forget even each other. But I liked the movies ending because they don't forget each other. In the movie, it seemed they forget It because It wanted them to, but now that It is dead, they can remember and they have things worth remembering. I just liked it a bit more. Just my two cents

Yea penneywise was reminding them of the trauma they all had to face this ending was better than the original. In the orignal they forgot about everything after beating the clown in this one they remember him and beat him and had happy lives in the end. This ending was way better.

I happen to love this ending compared to the book’s, which was just fucking depressing. In the book, Derry gets a massive flood to highlight It’s telepathic influence being removed. Then all the Losers move on with their lives and forget one another. Here, the Losers never truly forgot one another but still carried on with their lives, carrying their collective experiences together wherever they went.

I tell the truth.... i have gang name loser club too.... only me girl in that group ... all my friend attitude same just like loser club and me same attitude as bev when i watch this with them i cry and they hug me because they know why i am cry...

I watched it yesterday, i knew Eddie died...But this hit different. I cried so hard omg.

This is one of the greatest films (Part 1 + 2) ever made. This will be a generational experience and should be taught in film school as to how to make a great novel adaption with sensitivity and subtlety! Kudos to Andy Muschetti and team for pulling it off!

Every time I see this scene I choke up. This reminds me so much of my childhood and what kind of a bond I had with my friends. I miss those days so much. The hot summer days on our bikes and the places we would venture off to. You don't see kids doing that anymore and it breaks my heart. Such a beautiful ending.

It chapter two ending changed my whole perspective in life, ive thought that my bestfriend in junior highschool will never ever gonna see each other again but i appreciate the most fondest memories we ever had for almost 2 years and i appreciate for spending time with him as the best thing thag ever happened to me in my life. Thanks to this ending, i know that as we grew older, some of our friends will depart and go on with their live but the memories we've cherish are the most proudest moments in our lives. Friendship as together gave us hope and strength to fight and overcome any obstacles no matter the cost. Im currently alone, living with my grandma's house but i sincerely thank for Andy Muschietti for creating this wonderful masterpiece and i wished i can go back as a kid again, i really do!

This is just more than a scene..i really cried watching this scene again 😢 Makes me remember those people I've know from childhood that we used to hangout and play together but now they're just memories.😢

I saw it 3x in theaters and the 3rd time was more meaningful to me because I saw it at the movie theater outside of port hope (where they filmed the movies) in September of 2019. I'll always remember that. My twin sister and my mom and I took a road trip up there.

When I watched this part or most of it at my cousin's for a sleepover. From when Mike said "nothin last forever" and forward. I started crying like MEH HEEHHHHHH.

The ending had multiple instances when I wanted to cry but THIS! THIS RIGHT HERE!! When Stan started narrating, that finally broke me. And the shot of them all as kids broke me further

The entire scene was touching but at 1:55 when they appeared on their bikes, laughing happily. I sobbed very loudly. Idk why.

It Chapter Two and the first one are not only really scary movies with suspenseful moments, but they are also really emotional movies with heartbreaking moments. Both of It Chapters maintained the core elements of the book, by making them some of the best adaptions based on Stephen King’s works.

It's a happy ending, but it's so bittersweet at the same time. I don't know if this ending follows the book ending where they all end up forgetting each other after, but it'd only be that more bittersweet if that was the case 😞

Chapter 1 was the best and Chapter 2 was emotional. The best horror movie ever

I was wondering if Georgie shows up in Bill's dreams to thanks him for freeing him and the children who lost their souls to the devil, but now they are free. And then Bill wakes up and starts to tear up. It wasn't a nightmare, it was his little brother wanted to see him one last time before he rest.

I only watched IT one. And watching this video makes me cry idk why..

I never thought a horror movie would bring out such emotion and everybody felt that tear drop down there face

This whole franchise is just incredible. The power of the losers friendship sustained them throughout the Film never knew a horror film would make me that emotional

As much as I like this ending better than the book ending, this hit me right in the feels 🥺

My heart broke when I learned that Eddie had died ... poor Richie loved him a lot ...

I forced my friend to watch this movie with me, she was afraid to at first since it's a horror genre. But after watching it, she loved the movie. It's amazing how a horror movie showed so much about long lasting friendships

Eddie died a hero. He will be remembered.

this was so beautiful. It was so sad. Richie felt so afraid to be himself until now. It was so cute when he carved the E into the bench

im crying so much, this movie brought me to so many tears, Stanley and Eddie didn’t deserve to die

I never thought a horror movie would be sad

It was really sad when Eddie died. He was my second favorite character along with Richie. 😞

When the blood oath music started I broke down

If you listen closely you can hear me crying in the background 😀

IT has to be one of the best horror movies. It’s good on every layer. It’s actually kinda scary with the jumpscares, it’s kinda sad and Richie gay.

when i tell u i cried my eyes out when i heard stanley reading the letter and said ‘i took myself of the board’ god believe me

Sure this movie wasn’t as scary. But this movie is more than a horror movie. It’s about how important it is to create strong friendships, bonds, etc.

I just really wish to have this kind of group that will always stick by each other and never forget each other. I just want that, you know.

the scene where Richie re-carves the E gets me every time.

Ever since I watch this movie every time I think of Richie and/or Eddie, my heart gets heavy and I feel like ima cry

That music when he showed the pictures and the scene after that music is just I can’t even explain it I just love it

I legit cry each time I see a Reddie edit or re watch both movies again, knowing that Eddie and Stan are dead. It Chapter Two changed the way I see IT now, and I mainly cry then scream. If they were to make an IT Chapter 3, I’d want it to be almost like Endgame where they can save Stanley, Eddie, and all the other kids by killing IT early on, and this takes place like right after they defeat IT in the second movie because Richie is heartbroken and they can’t go back in time when they’re 70... we’d also get to see more of the kid actors which I KINDA like better then the adult ones. But then they would all save Eddie and Stan, and Reddie would live on..❤️🥰☺️
