Portal is back online as of 2 days ago. They put in place some restrictions though. It only runs 6 am to 4 pm now

One of the funniest thing in my opinion is that the same exact portal was open between Poland and Lithuania (Lublin and Vilnius to be exact). I don't know if it's still operating, but it stood there for at least 2 years (opened in 2021 and there are some records of it from 2023) and it didn't have to be closed for reasons like these. So it could actually work if people showed basic decency.

Non-sexual nudity is allowed on TV in the UK after 9pm. The Irish didn't react because they see it all the time and is normal to them. And women being topless is actually legal in New York City, so it's not like she would have been in trouble.
