I referred the BookInfo Application of istio and then referred the section from 16:16, to be frank I got a very good understanding of how the VS and Gateway is bonded to istio ingress gateway. Thanks a lot.
Nice vedio !!!! hey i understood the node port however for ingress do we need to delete the node port service which you created before ...? can you pls get me the output of svc after creating ingress rule
Is the code explained in the video publically available?
What if we need to use nginx ingress controller? Do we still need istio ingress gateway for sending incoming traffic to istio?
