Istanbul, Turkey | Digital Nomad Life (Eps. 5)
After saying goodbye to Daria in Siciliy, Italy, Mireille & I continued our "workcation" trek to Istanbul, Turkey!
This was our first time to Istanbul, and we stayed at an airbnb near the Galata Tower. We spent our week trying the various Turkish cuisines and wandered through different neighborhoods on both the Europe & Asia sides. And, of course, we had to check out the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market.

This trip really tested my ability to multi-task and manage my time wisely. I spent the mornings & early afternoons sightseeing and evenings & nights working virtually to match my U.S. counterparts' time zone. I am extremely grateful to have had this opportunity to visit Turkey for the first time. There were so many furry animals on the streets that I wanted to rescue & bring back home. All in all, the Turkish cuisine was probably the biggest highlight of my trip! Have you been to Turkey before? If so, what do you typically like to do there?
