let's contrast this with the story of Inya Abu Mosen. Who lost her parents and her legs in an Israeli strike he was a part of. Then was killed while she was in the hospital being treated for said amputated leg. This guy is a soldier doing war crimes and demolishing people's homes in a bulldozer. That was just a little girl who did nothing to no one. If a bank robber loses his leg during a bank robbery when the bank employees fight back I'm less inclined to sympathize.

It is possible as in Gaza the victims were unarmed Palestinian civilians most of them women and childs (unless some children throwing stones). This is enough to justify such a low number of idf deaths. In a normal war, we use to have soldiers fighting soldiers

@bossman5359 it’s because Israel has good hospitals. Real war isn’t like how it’s portrayed games. If you get shot, or blown up, there’s a chance to survive crippled. Casualties don’t get reported until after a soldier has been to the hospital, where soldiers are more likely to be saved. If you have low death count, but a high injury count, it means hospitals are doing their job.

With the carpet bombing the IDF is and has done in Gaza, which by all accounts is on a biblical scale, far worse than most can say of any bombings in recent memory, one can’t help but wonder how this contrasts with screaming Palestinian civilians. Children plucked from underneath the rubble, in the pajamas they wore when they went to bed before they were mercilessly bombed to oblivion. This pales in comparison to what hospitals in Gaza with their staffs themselves being victims of the bombings, most often than not having to meet their own family members dismembered by Israeli indiscriminate bombing. The terror and desperation exacerbated by the unrelenting streams of screaming relatives and the sounds of occasional explosions, at times within the hospital. This tale pales in comparison to the children in Gaza who, after waking up from terror, find themselves dismembered without limbs, operated on in conditions subhuman it makes you wonder if how except by some miracle they didn’t die of pos operative infections. And yet here we are, talking about how some Israeli soldiers, who willings ( in most cases) too themselves to Gaza at the call of a deranged genocidal government, whose disregard for Palestinian lives cannot be understated. I have no words of sympathy.

The sowing was the insane high number of innocent Palestinians death... I don't think the IDF is reaping equivalent sowing... it's sad but it's the reality. We shouldn't be happy that there's expected 12.5k to be disabled by this year, but rather question... whats the extrapolated innocent deaths for the 12.5k cost..? Is it worth it? I don't think so. There is something very strange about Israeli casualty numbers. In wars, the ratio of injured to killed soldiers is generally between 3:1 and 10:1. In this war, ever since invading Gaza, Israel says their number of dead soldiers is under 200. But the number of wounded soldiers is very high. 12,500 seriously injured gives a ratio of injured to dead of more than 60:1. That doesn’t happen in wars. There’s something very very strange about those numbers. Something is not accurate. Either the number of injured is exaggerated, or the number of dead is much higher than what is reported. I haven’t seen anyone explain this discrepancy.
