India has recently developed and manufactured NADS , an anti drone mechanism by Bharat Electronics Limited to prevent drone attacks.

What if they program the drone to use an autonomous, embedded instruction set that doesn't require constant radio feedback? It's very much within current capabilities for attackers to train a small neural network, that would be loaded into the drone's software, about what the target looked like. This is why you should always have failsafe defense systems that are able to destroy the drone's optics using lasers

But when hit by a radio jammer, instead of simply landing or flying in a holding pattern, it would have enough on board capability to either retreat, evade, or engage depending it's mission. I'm gonna bet some military drones already have this capability.

I googled how many drones do India have to protect itself from China and Pakistan it said ZERO. Meanwhile your neighboring country Pakistan is buying tons of drones from Turkey and China . Recently Pakistani F-16 shot down lots of Indian MiG aircraft and the other side you have China which is waiting like a vulture to eat Indian army . I don't think India has any chance against China or Pakistan.

A $1000 DJI drone can still carry a decent bomb payload,like a few kg or 6 or 7 lbs.... Strap 3kg high explosives to drone....... Program 100 of these drones with a algorithm to fly to enemy base by GPS navigation,drop their loads and return to base. Still cheaper than buying a 5 million dollar drone. Imagine the enemy shitting their pants at 100 3kg explosives going off around them.

You might be correct; but, to what purpose would one send a drone on a predetermined flight path if it wasn't on a kamikaze mission? Intel gathering would be a programming headache without direct operator control. Once the first drone is downed electronically, subsequent drones may not be assigned to video observation; and, given a highly realistic suicide role, wouldn't it be prudent to view every drone as a physical threat, and act accordingly? Automated lasers could, potentially, incapacitate the flight controls. Interesting theories.

I don't know about other things but as for this, it's basically jamming the connection. Military drones which operate at different frequencies and use other systems than GPS will easily be able to target and attack. So it's only useful for personal drones which can't do any harm other than watching football for free.

Sorry to say, Not good enough. This system does not detect Non-commercial freq., Autonomous or IMU drones, this is just a simple RF direction finder for legal RF standards. Certainly, not all drones have a connection vulnerability to take control. What I'm building is definitely not. There is no BVLOS detection, so forget the Urban use between buildings on ground level. The Whitelisting is very dangerous because the bad guys can copy those connection set-ups and fly easily inside the perimeter. And 4 km diameter perimiter protection is just 2 km circle radius.
