Words with no substance. Expain exactly what you mean. "steals from other arts." You seem to think that certain techniques "belong" to certain arts, and they have to solo exclusive use of those techniques, and if another system uses the same technique then it is a theft. Is that what you mean? What fraud do you mean? Yes, its true that there are people that claim that they teach Krav Maga when they don't, but there are legitimate instructors. You find that in other martial arts too. What's your point?

You first need to answer as to why you class this as a fraud, and how it "steals". Until you can do that, your statement has no basis. You also need to explain how one art has ownership over a technique. And while you are at it, can you explain the difference between martial art and self defence? Until you can explain your point, everything else you say is meaningless.
