I looked into the company to invest. They’ve never had any meaningful revenue since inception. I’m ok with that since it is a cutting edge technology. One thing that turned me off is that Inna Braverman owns 11,750,000 shares of the stock (33% of company) and pays herself $549,000 a year. I would think with owning so much stock she’d pay herself 150k a year or less until the company actually starts making money. That high salary is a big strain for a small company not making anything.

YES! A fixed in place and closed system to reduce marine accumulation and to gain the full advantage of not only the tides, but also, the movement of the waves themselves. Hopefully, the system is designed to gain energy from BOTH the upward as well as the downward movement of the floats... I'm convinced that when properly built, it can be perhaps THE most powerful source of 'alternative' energy available because of the abundance of shoreline and the high density of water, therefore the high energy density of a given installation. Being onshore obviously greatly reduces both the cost of ongoing maintenance required (due to ease of access) as well as it's likely frequency.

Sea waves in general, don't have much energy and the Meditarenean is a relatively quiet sea. It turns out that round 80% of the potential wave enrgy in Israel reaches the shores round 10% of the time. In places like Scotland and Japan there are high waves and I imagine more uniform. I guess this company is aiming at harnessing frequent small waves.

You mean they've tapped parliament. There's an awful lot of hot air emanating from there continuously which could be put to good use.

Have they Palestinians in pods matrix style draining the energy from them ?

I quit watching when the opening of the video was about a woman doing this project instead of the project itself. Why are we so concerned about group identities instead of engineering.

Y the Mechanical complexity? You can just do that on the electric level.

As an Israeli i find it very cheap to use female struggle where its not needed. Israel is known for high female participant in STEM and tech development like agriculture and even military. Focus on the product itself and how effective its really is.

really depends where you live and the culture. when i started my business i was told by many people (men, sadly...) that my JOB was in the home. many others said, and i quote "women can't do business. their minds aren't equipped for it. they're too sensitive and emotional. they won't know how to use discernment and will be taken advantage of." even my own mother in law told me once that i should ASK my husband's permission before I did the things I wanted. I don't recalled the Woman of Virtue asking her husband for permission. it clearly stated that she saw considered property and bought it. and that her husband would praise her. funny how people ignore all of that. once you get past the mental hurdles and away from the "well intentioned" people closest to you, yes you absolutely can be an entrepreneur. i don't know if it's harder, different factors must be considered. but in my personal experience, i was made to feel guilty, like i was abandoning my family if i did anything more than clean house and cook. i was allowed to have a regular 9 to 5 job. but the moment i started pursuing my own business? yeah that's when people turned on me.
