it only works against sneak attacks, not planned attacks to exhaust it. its ammo is expense and the rockets to trigger it is cheap and they can exhaust it's resources to leave the defense system disabled/disarmed

When you have to have this sort of defense system, it obviously shows that you are surrounded by enemies. Who would want to live in a place like that? Why do they think it's so HOLY??? Won't they be surprised when they pass and there is no God and no heaven? What a waste of life to be continuously a slave to a God that doesn't exist, and fighting with others that believe in their own version of the same silly thing.

It’s holy that’s why they’re blessed and very impressive for a small nation. Every time I look at Israel I know my God is real.

Sadly, it seems like Israel is determined to go in , urban warfare will be extremely bloody😢😢😢😢. Israel wants Gaza to be razed to the ground , completely, mined , and converted into a DMZ no man’s land , like between North and South Korea . To be more precise, Israel wants to purge the 2.4 million Palestinians out of Gaza and into the surrounding Arab countries as refugees. Israel already took 90% of their motherland, only 10% more to go. The Israeli government was so happy to see such a large scale of attacks by Hamas, do you know why? Ha ha ha!

Egypt itself hates hamas and wants nothing to do with them. Go read up on the history 10 years ago when Hamas tried to overtake the Egyptian government. Egypt destroyed 1600+ Hamas tunnels and sealed off the border. But yet its israel that maintains their border with Gaza and gets the hate.

The Iron Dome is definitely impressive and outstanding. BUT it would be EVEN more impressive if it could NOT only passively neutralised incoming rockets but fire a secondary rocket from above using calculated trajectory to source of launch thus making it a passive aggressive weapon shield. 👍🏻 Once launch pads are destroyed by secondary Iron dome rockets, the worries of “being Overwhelmed” by countless adversarial rockets fired at the same time will then be made redundant.

I think you’ve fallen victim to terrorist propaganda… The only reason Gaza isn’t a pile of rubble right now is that Israel does it’s best to avoid harming innocent civilians. Of course, when fighting a war against a cowardly terrorist group which hides behind civilians there are bound to be civilian casualties. Do you think Israel should ignore the monstrous massacre of 1500 of their citizens? If you could decide, what would have been the right way to respond to this animalistic massacre, and to make sure it never happens again?

Iron Domes are a costly reactive defense system. In Indian landscape, this system has proved futile and has become obsolete long back. In contrast, there is a robust security apparatus known as the 'Modi Dome' that includes a pre-emptive action wing called the RAW. This invasive action wing proactively pinpoints and intercepts the terrorists precisely in any part of the world even before they can execute their plots.

those previous images were from simple (slow and inaccurate) homemade Hamas missiles...however if the Iron Dome were to defend itself against a barrage of Hypersonic cruise missiles would show that its not as great as Isarael claims, and would be no match for such aerospace technology
