since it wasn't covered in the video or addressed in the comments, this man survived and did an interview. he said his arm and leg were wounded and when he saw the IDF he reached out to them thinking they would help get him treatment. instead they attacked him, grabbed him by the arms and legs, and swung him onto the hood. but they dropped him twice as they were swinging him. and because the hood was burning hot, he now also has blisters on his back to deal with. and in the comment section on IG someone pointed out that was probably a baby on the bumper. I don't know if that's true, but I don't know why they'd strap a random bloody towel to the bumper.
