And when you say "most" you mean around 70%, and by "fervent supporters" you mean "have only supported them over Fatah since the former attained better operational capacities." Hamas is tied to Iran, which is tied to Russia, which is tied to China. All of the central nations of the Old World have a hand in this, with the world powers fighting for proxy control. Once the Russians invaded Ukraine, I figured the Middle East was next-I just didn’t know how it would happen. Take a look at the central nations of the Old World: Ukraine, Turkey, Greece, Syria, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Iran, and Egypt. Syria is in a civil war and the Assad is backed by Russians. Iran is obviously with Russia. Lebanon is with Iran. Hamas is with Iran. Iraq is with Iran. It’s almost all Russia’s doing. WW3 started almost a decade ago, but it’s a bunch of proxy wars, not nuclear war.

I might be misunderstanding the casualties meter, but its extremely off, atleast on the israeli side. Around 1200 were murdered during the first days of the attack, 80% being civilians, so nowhere near 4000+. And if you included injuries, well first off that'd be a mistake because an injured person is not a casualty, and second of all the palestinian side likely had more considering the extensive airstrikes that followed. Very poor video, showing it as if hamas conquered land despite the fact there were fierce, day-long battles in all kibbutzim and IDF bases. All they did was make a speed run on their toyotas.

I remember a couple minutes after we had a siren here i went on the home front command's website (you can see every siren) and it didnt even show our city unless we clicked "show more" and scrolled down a lot, that's how bad it was.

Remember, the side that caused more civilian casualties doesn’t necessarily mean that side is bad. In WW2 Nazi Germany had 2 million civilian casualties while Britain only had 70000

Hamas fighting the impossible war with 24.000 Hamas vs 145.000 IDF and still bring 4600 casulties to Israel is actually pretty impressive of them ngl I give them that, yes I know they suffer heavier casulties but 24000 vs 145000 is really ballsy move.

Some of the casualties can be seen as fallen in a "fair fight" Others were both personal, and towards the non-participants. Not mentioning the other Iranian proxies in the north, nor the fundamentalist religion.

When you surprise invade a country and target both army and unarmed civilian personnel, its pretty easy... Most casualties on the Israeli side were harmless civs that were murdered at the first few days.
