Is it right and proper for the State of Israel to require that people of the "lost" tribes (Israelites) returning to the homeland of their fathers become "Jews" in order to perform aliya? If believers in Yeshua are now spiritual Hebrews (Galatians 3:29) and "members of the household of God" (Ephesians 2:19), Israelites are surely still part of that household.

Shalom. I get your emails all the time. And I got one recently that really disturbed me. You did something on the Ma-Shiach name. YESHUA or YAHSHUA. Now this does not surprise me at all! because if you have the Ruach Ha-Chodesh you have been waiting and watching for this day to come. When there is going to be an all out attack on the name of the Messiah YAHSHUA. Judaism has for years now already attacked the Name of YAHWEH! Giving Lord, God, Jehovah, Ha-Shem, Adoni as substitutes for the Sacred name. We have known for some time now that the so called Hebrew Scholarly community would attack the name of Yahweh but most of All YAHSHUA the saving name of mankind. You can not have salvation with out the NAME YAH, I am YAHWEH, I AM YOUR SAVIOR! So the messiah name has to have YAH...in it. It is Judaism who as Paul says there mouths must be shut! That have tampered with the rules of Hebrew grammer to make it seem like YAHSHUA is not Hebrew! But I am here to destroy that notion. It is not the name, correct pronunciation or spelling (like a secret chant) that saves but the person or deity which it stands for that brings salvation - I do respect the name though! Meir

Shalom. I agree. YAHWAH is the Father's name; hence, His Son's name is YAHSHUA or YAHSHWAH which includes YAH/WAH at the start and the end. In fact, since the letter "J" was not even introduced into the alphabet until the 1500s why would we use that letter for the Mashiach's name. Jesus does not mean "Yahwah saves."

Hold on. You're saying that Torah says we must not partake of meat sacrificed to idols? Paul teaches on this exact subject. He says go ahead and buy/eat the meat (only "food" in Lev 11) in the marketplace and don't worry for you conscience sake. Why does he say this? Because there is no such Torah command about forbidding meat sacrificed to idols. God called certain animals (and their meat) "food." In that context, no ritual or pagan worshipper can undo what God said. Therefore Paul is correcting the FALSE teaching that meat sacrificed to idols is to be rejected. He says it is NOT TO BE REJECTED. The only time we would reject it is when someone invites us to eat claiming we are participating in what they believe is a pagan worship ritual by eating that meat. But what else does Paul say about people who think this way? He calls them "weak" in their understanding. They need to mature. Acts 15 does not communicate what you say. It is not literally "meat sacrificed to idols" bc that would contradict Torah and contradict Paul in 1Cor 8 & 10, contradict Jeremiah and the Psalmist. Actually Acts 15 is "things" sacrificed or offered up to idols. The Jerusalem council is stating that new converts give up their participation in idolatry and any connections to it. Therefore they would not participate in idol worship of any kind or keep any remnants of it in their possession. But they should mature in their understanding that what someone chants over the slaughter of an animal does not have any affect on that meat. It's nonsense! It's elevating a pagan ceremony or pagan worshipper to the level of Yehovah who can call "bad" what Yah calls "good." THAT CAN'T HAPPEN. That's why "an idol is nothing" and "the earth (and all meat from all animals which Yehovah said we can eat no matter what prayer is chanted over it's slaughter) is Yehovah's and the fullness thereof." The Psalmist and Isaiah make this clear that we should assign no power at all to an idol or the products of idol worship. A idol/pagan worshipper cannot change the animals' meat during a slaughter to a defiled state. It's impossible! This pagan god is nothing....fiction.....made up......and has zero power; "no power to do harm or good" as Jeremiah 10 reminds us. Just like we don't have to buy steak that is "kosher" (blessed by a rabbi-this is not in Torah), we don't have to reject "halal" (islam slaughter of animal) either. Neither the rabbi nor the imam have any power to defile or bless that meat; no power to do harm or to do good. Yah is the One who said it was "good" for "food." We need no other.
