In 1947 the Arabs declined and rejected UN resolution 181 which would’ve given them a state. They also rejected in the year 2000 thevClinton parameters which would’ve given them a state. The Oslo accords was a path to statehood for the Arabs, they turned to terrorism. Don’t the Arabs have an obligation and have agency to negotiate rather than turning to war which they continually lose.
